ابعاد جرمشناختی جرائم ناشی از انگ و نفرت در بستر همهگیری کووید-19

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: یکی از پیامدهای مهم همهگیری بیماری کووید-19، انگ اجتماعی بر افراد بوده است. با شروع همهگیری بیماری کووید-19، جرم و بزهکاری ناشی از انگ و نفرت در سرتاسر جهان افزایش یافت که هویت و شخصیت افراد مبتلا و همچنین جوامع آسیای شرقی را مورد هدف قرار داد و ناامنی را در جوامع تشدید نمود. مقاله حاضر به تبیین عوامل و تحلیل روند تأثیر همهگیری کووید-19 بر افزایش جرائم ناشی از نفرت با رویکردی جرمشناختی میپردازد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از توع مروری و روایتی به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است که با بهرهگیری از منابع و مقالات معتبرِ مرتبط با موضوع و برخی نظریات جرمشناسی در راستای تحلیل مسأله انجام شده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این تحقیق جنبههای اخلاقی مطالعه شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: جرائم ناشی از نفرت جرائمیاند که با انگیزه نفرت از ویژگیهای هویتی قربانی، از جمله قومیت، نژاد، ملیت، مذهب و جنسیت ارتکاب مییابند و خشونتآمیزبودن، ارتکاب در اماکن عمومی و آسیب گسترده بر قربانیان، از جمله ویژگیهای این جرائم است. در افزایش جرائم ناشی از نفرت در زمان همهگیری کووید-19 در سراسر دنیا عواملی چون برچسبزنی، هراس اخلاقی، پیشداوری و نگرشهای نفرتآمیز نقش مهمی ایفا نموده و فرایند انگزنی اجتماعی بر مبتلایان به کرونا و برخی مردم آسیایی همریشه در همین پیشداوریها داشته که نهایتاً منجر به جرائم ناشی از نفرت گردید.
نتیجهگیری: در کنارِ تشدید مجازات چنین جرائمی در صورت لزوم، نفرتزدایی از طریق تقویت انسجام گروهها و جوامع مختلف، آگاهیبخشی و اصلاح گفتمانهای غالب با کمک رسانهها و فضای مجای میتواند در کاهش جرائم ناشی از نفرت ناشی از همهگیری کووید-19 مؤثر باشد.
