بررسی میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران تحت پیوند در بیمارستان منتصریه مشهد

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: در سالهای اخیر در زمینه پیوند اعضا پیشرفتهای شگرفی حاصل گردیده است و به تبع آن مسائل حقوقی و قانونی پیرامون آن نیز خود را نمایانتر ساخته است، در این بین بیماران تحت پیوند به دلیل شرایط خاص خود نیاز به آگاهی دقیقتر و نیز رعایت حقوق بیشتری دارند. از این رو پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران تحت پیوند در بیمارستان منتصریه مشهد در سال 1397 صورت گرفت.
روش: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی است که بر روی 99 بیمار پیوند کبد و کلیه طی 3 ماه اول سال 1397 در بیمارستان منتصریه شهر مشهد انجام گردید. جهت سنجش میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران تحت پیوند پرسشنامهای محققساخته که دارای 28 سؤال بر اساس 5 محور منشور حقوق بیمار در ایران است. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی در نرمافزار SPSS 16 بررسی گردیدند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: توضیحات کافی در خصوص اهداف پژوهش به افراد مورد مطالعه داده شد و به آنها اطمینان داده شد کلیه اطلاعات گردآوریشده در این پژوهش محرمانه میباشد.
یافتهها: میانگین رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران تحت پیوند 24/20±05/100 به دست آمد. از دیدگاه بیماران محور دوم (حق دریافت اطلاعات به نحو مطلوب و كافی) با میانگین 88/7±53/36 و محور پنجم (حق دسترسی به نظام كارآمد رسیدگی به شكایات) با میانگین 70/3±5 به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین میزان رعایت را داشتهاند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نظرسنجی صورتگرفته از بیماران مشخص گردید که محور «حق انتخاب و تصمیمگیری آزادانه بیمار در دریافت خدمات سلامت» و «حق دسترسی به نظام كارآمد رسیدگی به شكایات» نسبت به سایر محورها کمتر رعایت شده است، لذا پیشنهاد میگردد تا در مراکز مراقبت بهداشتی توضیحات کافی از طرح درمانی به بیماران ارائه گردد تا بیماران نیز در انتخاب روش درمانی مشارکت داشته باشند و در راستای دسترسی به نظام کارآمد رسیدگی به شکایات نیز دستورالعملهای لازم تدوین گردد.
