نقش واسطهای استدلال اخلاقی در رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و رفتار شاهدان قلدری The mediating role of moral reasoning in the relationship between emotional intelligence and the Bystander behavior of Bullying

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه که محیطهای اجتماعی به سرعت در حال تغییر هستند، مهارتهای اجتماعی نقش اساسی در فرآیند میانجیگری بین عوامل هوش هیجانی و عملکرد افراد دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهای استدلال اخلاقی در رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و رفتار شاهدان قلدری است.
روش: این پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه مورد نظر دانشآموزان پسر و دختر متوسطه دوم شهرستان خرمآباد در سال تحصیلی 02-1401 بود. نمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 310 دانشآموز که به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به مقیاسهای آزمون تبیین مسائل (Rest و همکاران)، هوش هیجانی (Bar-On) و نقش شرکتکنندگان (Salmivalli و همکاران) پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری به وسیله نرمافزار Smart PLS 3 انجام گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: ملاحظات اخلاقی از جمله توضیح هدف پژوهش، محرمانهماندن هویت پرسششوندگان، اطمینان از محرمانهبودن پاسخها از پژوهش رعایت گردید. شرکتکنندگان در پاسخدادن به پرسشنامهها آزاد بودند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد تمامی ضرایب معناداری (t-value) از 96/1 بیشتر بود، مقادیر R2 برای مؤلفههای درونزای پژوهش در طیف 53/0 تا 93/0 و همچنین نتایج مقادیر Q2 برای تمامی سازههای مدل در طیف 27/0 تا 61/0 قرار دارد که این امر معناداربودن تمامی روابط میان مؤلفهها را در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد نشان میدهد. بر اساس نتایج، هوش هیجانی بر رفتار شاهدان قلدری و استدلال اخلاقی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد عدد معناداری و ضریب غیر مستقیم به ترتیب برابر با 26/8 و 45/0 به این معنی که استدلال اخلاقی در رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و رفتار شاهدان قلدری نقش واسطهای دارد (05/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش هیجانی و رفتار شاهدان قلدری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج مدل معادلات نشان داد که استدلال اخلاقی دانشآموزان قادر است در ارتباط بین متغیرهای هوش هیجانی و رفتار شاهدان نقش واسطهای معناداری ایفا کند و باعث افزایش تأثیرگذاری گردد.
