تأثیر آموزش همدلی بر انگیزش شغلی، حساسیت اخلاقی و ناگویی خلقی در پرستاران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: همدلی ترکیبی از مراقبتهای عاطفی و شناختی است که برای اثبات پایداری و پیامدهای سلامتی بیماران بیشترین تأثیر مثبت را نشان میدهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تأثیر آموزش همدلی بر انگیزش شغلی، حساسیت اخلاقی و ناگویی خلقی در پرستاران بیمارستان باهنر کرمان انجام شده است.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمهتجربی است که نمونههای مورد مطالعه 80 نفر پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان شهید باهنر کرمان در سال 1399، به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند، سپس به روش تصادفی ساده به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامه آموزش همدلی طی هشت جلسه و با تأکید بر بنیانهای درمانی 4 عاملی وزیری و همکاران (1390 ش.) در جلسات 90 دقیقهای برای گروه آزمون اجرا شد؛ گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد، سپس برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه انگیزش شغلی، پرسشنامه حساسیت اخلاقی و پرسشنامه ناگویی خلقی استفاده شد و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS 23 انجام شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش همدلی بر انگیزش شغلی، حساسیت اخلاقی و ناگویی خلقی(001/0>P) پرستاران مؤثر است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش مشخص کرد، آموزش همدلی بر انگیزش شغلی، حساسیت اخلاقی و ناگویی خلقی پرستاران مؤثر است؛ از این رو میتوان از آموزش همدلی برای توانمندسازی پرستاران استفاده کرد.
