اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش در کاهش دیسترس اخلاقی و افزایش ناآمیختگیشناختی پرستاران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: به واسطه ماهیت حرفه پرستاری، قرارگرفتن در موقعیتهای تعارضبرانگیز در بین ارزشها و مواجهشدن با تنگناهای اخلاقی، اجتنابناپذیر است. این امر به نوبه خود میتواند در عملكرد شناختی تداخل ایجاد كند. بنابراین هدف از جرای پژوهش حاضر پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش در کاهش دیسترس اخلاقی و افزایش ناآمیختگیشناختی پرستاران بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر ایلام بود.
روش: روش پژوهش نیمهتجربی از نوع پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه مقایسه بود. نمونه آماری مشتمل بود بر 40 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر ایلام در سال 1401 كه به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و كنترل تقسیم شدند. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها، از پرسشنامههای دیسترس اخلاقی Corley و همكاران (2001 م.) و پرسشنامه ناآمیختگیشناختی Gillanders (2010 م.) استفاده شد. جلسات آموزشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش در هشت جلسه 90 دقیقهای و به صورت هفتگی اجرا گردید، در حالی که گروه مقایسه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. دادهها از طریق نرمافزارSPSS 16 و با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین درصد، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (کای دو، تی مستقل، تحلیل کوواریانس) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: اصول و قواعد اخلاقی در پژوهش عبارت بودند از: تبیین اهداف تحقیق برای شرکتکنندگان در پژوهش، کسب رضایت آگاهانه، حفظ حریم خصوصی، محرمانهبودن دادهها، فراهمکردن امکان، ترک تحقیق در هر مرحله از اجرا.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر کاهش دیسترس اخلاقی و افزایش ناآمیختگیشناختی پرستاران گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه مقایسه در مرحله پسآزمون تأثیر معنیداری داشته است (001/0<P).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در طی هشت هفته توانست در کاهش دیسترس اخلاقی و تقویت شناختی پرستاران مؤثر باشد.
