مقایسه اثربخشی مداخله درمانی اخلاقمدار مبتنی بر صبر با درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت صبر در سلامت روان، پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه اثربخشی مداخله درمانی اخلاق مدار مبتنی بر صبر با درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری بر انعطافپذیری شناختی، سازگاری روانی ـ اجتماعی با بیماری، کانون کنترل سلامت و پیروی از رژیم درمانی بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 پرداخته است.
مواد و روشها: طرح پژوهش حاضر، طرح نیمهتجربی از نوع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون چند گروهی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مراجعهکننده به درمانگاه شهید مطهری شهر شیراز بود که از میان این افراد، تعداد 60 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون (دریافتکننده مداخله مبتنی بر صبر و گروه دریافتکننده درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری) و یک گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند.
یافتهها: بر طبق نتایج، میانگین دو گروه آزمون در متغیرهای انعطافپذیری شناختی، پیروی از درمان، کانون کنترل سلامت «درونی» و سازگاری روانشناختی بیشتر از میانگین گروه کنترل در این متغیرها بوده که این نشاندهنده اثربخشی مداخله صبر و درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری است. همچنین میانگین دو گروه آزمون در متغیرهای کانون کنترل سلامت «قدرت ـ دیگران» و کانون کنترل سلامت «شانس» کمتر از میانگین گروه کنترل در این متغیرها بوده که این نیز نشاندهنده اثربخشی این دو مداخله در کاهش میزان کانون کنترل سلامت «بیرونی» در بیماران دیابتی است، اما میانگین گروه دریافتکننده مداخله صبر در متغیر کانون کنترل سلامت «خدا» بیشتر از میانگین گروه دریافتکننده درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری و گروه کنترل بوده که این نشان میدهد که دریافت مداخله درمانی صبر منجر به افزایش نمرات کانون کنترل سلامت «خدا» در بیماران دیابتی شده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: ملاحظات اخلاقی مرتبط با پژوهش رعایت شد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی و کارآمدی مداخله درمانی مبتنی بر صبر، پیشنهاد میگردد مداخله مذکور در ارتقای سلامت روان و افزایش پیروی از درمان در بیماران دیابتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
