ارتباط هوش معنوی و دیسترس اخلاقی در دانشجویان اتاق عمل

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هوش معنوی نوعی سازگاری و رفتار حل مسأله است که فرد را جهت هماهنگی با پدیدههای پیرامون و دستیابی به یکپارچگی درونی و بیرونی یاری میکند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط هوش معنوی و دیسترس اخلاقی در دانشجویان اتاق عمل صورت گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بر روی 121 نفر از دانشجویان اتاق عمل، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1395 انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیتشناختی، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی بدیع و دیسترس اخلاقی محمدی جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تی تست مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از کسب مجوز از کمیته اخلاق با بیان اهداف پژوهش برای شرکتکنندگان، رضایت آگاهانه از آنها کسب و در خصوص محرمانهماندن اطلاعات و عدم قضاوت در مورد آنها اطمینان خاطر داده شد.
یافتهها: میانگین سنی شرکتکنندگان 5±23/39 سال و 55/5 درصد آنها زن بودند. میانگین نمره هوش معنوی 18/64±148/72، دیسترس اخلاقی در بعد شدت 1/76±3/5 و تکرار 1/6±3/11 بود. ارتباط معکوس و معنیداری بین میانگین هوش معنوی و شدت (p=0/000 ، r=-0/356) و تکرار (p=0/008 ، r=-0/239) دیسترس اخلاقی وجود داشت. در میان متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی تنها جنسیت و ترم تحصیلی با هوش معنوی و سن و ترم تحصیلی با دیسترس اخلاقی دارای ارتباط آماری معنیدار بودند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به رابطه معکوس بین هوش معنوی و دیسترس اخلاقی، به نظر میرسد که ارتقای هوش معنوی میتواند در کاهش دیسترس اخلاقی مؤثر باشد.
