پیشبینی بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بر اساس قدردانی و معنا در زندگی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: از آنجا که پرستاران و پزشکان نقش مهمی در حفظ بهداشت و سلامت جامعه ایفا میکنند، نهتنها باید از سلامت جسمانی و روانی کافی برخوردار باشند، بلکه از لحاظ فضیلتهای انسانی و بهزیستی روانشناختی در سطح بالایی قرار داشته باشند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف پیشبینی بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بر اساس قدردانی و معنا در زندگی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. تعداد 250 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و به مقیاسهای قدردانی مککالوف و معنا در زندگی استگر و بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف پاسخ دادند. دادهها به وسیله نرمافزار SPSS 22 تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پرسشنامهها بدون درج نام و نام خانوادگی، با رعایت رازداری و پس از دریافت رضایت شفاهی توسط شرکتکنندگان تکمیل شد.
یافتهها: دانشجویان دختر در هر سه متغیر قدردانی (P<0/05 ، t=4/48)، معنا در زندگی (P<0/01 ، t=2/52) و بهزیستی روانشناختی (P<0/01 ، t=3/31) به طور معناداری نمرات بالاتری در مقایسه با پسران داشتند، اما بین دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری در هیچ یک از متغیر قدردانی (P=0/17 ، t=1/35)، معنا در زندگی (P=0/82 ، t=-0/22) و بهزیستی روانشناختی (P=0/57 ، t=0/56) تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. نتایج نشان داد بهزیستی روانشناختی با قدردانی (P<0/01 ، r=0/57) و معنا در زندگی (P<0/01 ، r=0/58) در دانشجویان رابطه مستقیم معناداری دارد و میتوان بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی را از طریق قدردانی (P<0/001 ، β=0/31) و معنا در زندگی (P<0/001 ، β=0/39) پیشبینی نمود. همچنین معنا در زندگی پیشبین قویتری برای بهزیستی روانشناختی بود.
نتیجهگیری: برگزاری برنامههای آموزشی به منظور افزایش قدردانی و معنا در زندگی میتواند از بروز آسیبهای روانی در دانشجویان پیشگیری و به ارتقای سلامت روانی آنان کمک نماید.
