بررسی میزان ارتباطگریزی و ترس از پزشک در بیماران مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ارتباط خوب بین پزشک و بیمار سنگ بنای مراقبت مطلوب پزشکی است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان ارتباطگریزی و ترس از پزشک، در بیماران مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1394 انجام گردیده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، 150 نمونه به صورت سهمیهای از بین بیماران مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای ارتباطگریزی (PRCA24) و ترس از پزشک (FOP) استفاده شد. دادهها توسط آزمونهای تی مستقل، فیشر و مجذور کای و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 18 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رضایت بیماران برای شرکت در پژوهش اخذ گردیده و محرمانگی اطلاعات رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی شرکتکنندگان در مطالعه 9/78±31/31 سال بود (حداقل سن 13 و حداکثر 63 سال) که از این تعداد 68% را زنان و 32% را مردان تشکیل میدادند. 3/7 درصد از شرکتکنندگان مجرد، 31% کارمند و 1/ 4 درصد آنها بیکار بودند. نمره میانگین ارتباطگریزی در حد متوسط (6/46±71/30) بود. میزان اضطراب در 3/95 درصد از بیماران در حد متوسط و در 4/7 درصد از بیماران در حد شدید بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کلی ترس از پزشک 2/99±12/97 به دست آمد. ترس از پزشک در 6/64 درصد از بیماران متوسط و در 4/35 درصد از بیماران بالا بود.
نتیجهگیری: ارتباط کلامی مؤثر با کاهش اضطراب بیمار، زمینهای برای درمان مؤثر را فراهم میآورد، لذا در هنگام گرفتن شرح حال، پزشکان باید سؤالاتی را نه تنها درباره بیماری، بلکه درباره وضعیت روحی و روانی بیمار طرح کنند. همچنین بیماران باید خود را یک شریک مؤثر و فعال در درمان بیماری بدانند تا سیر و نوع درمان به برنامه درمانی مؤثرتری تبدیل گردد.
