ایمنی فرهنگی مادری: شواهدی از ماماها و پرستاران در بستر چندفرهنگی ایران

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: اهمیت سنت، فرهنگ، اخلاق و معنویت در بارداری و زایمان به خوبی شناخته شده است. ایمنی فرهنگی عبارت از درک مفاهیم، احترام، همدلی، توانمندسازی، تقویت اعتماد به نفس، رعایت حقوق، و عزت نفس افراد می‌باشد. با توجه به اهمیت ایمنی فرهنگی در ارتقای سلامت مادران، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد ماماها و پرستاران در خصوص ملاحظه ایمنی فرهنگی مادران صورت پذیرفته است.

مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی، 104 نفر از ماماها و پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های خراسان شمالی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته مشاهده عملکرد و یک پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته سه قسمتی بود که قسمت اول آن شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، قسمت دوم بررسی دانش و قسمت سوم مربوط به نگرش ماماها و پرستاران بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی و آزمون پیرسون و با نرم‌افزار SPSS 21 و در نظرگرفتن سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 0/05 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از بیان اهداف مطالعه و تأکید بر محرمانه‌ماندن اطلاعات، جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به صورت بی‌نام، رضایت شفاهی نمونه‌های پژوهش کسب گردید.

یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره دانش در ماماها و پرستاران 4/32 از حداکثر 10 (نامطلوب)، میانگین نمره نگرش 46/62 از 60 (نسبتاً مطلوب) و میانگین نمره عملکرد 101/13 از 150(نسبتاً مطلوب) بود. آزمون همبستگی ارتباط معنی‌داری را بین نمرات دانش، نگرش و عملکرد شرکت‌کنندگان نشان داد (P<0.05). بین متغیر سن، سابقه کار، وضعیت شغلی، تأهل و خاستگاه اجتماعی با نمره ملاحظه ایمنی فرهنگی ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (P>0.05).

نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه شرکت‌کنندگان در این مطالعه از عملکرد نسبتاً مطلوبی در خصوص ایمنی فرهنگی برخوردار بودند، اما با توجه به رویکرد جدید سیاست‌های جمعیتی و تنوع فرهنگی جامعه ایران، برنامه‌ریزی دقیق آموزشی برای دانشجویان، ماماها، پرستاران و سایر ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت سلامت در خصوص ایمنی فرهنگی پیشنهاد می‌گردد.
