رابطه تنظیم هیجان و اختلال بدریخت انگاری با اضطراب اجتماعی و اختلال خوردن در زنان جوان متقاضی عملهای لاغری

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نارضایتی از شکل و ریخت بدن و ترس از ارزیابی منفی دیگران می تواند پیامدهای روانشناختی چون اضطراب و الگوهای خوردن ناسالم دربرداشته باشد. از طرفی، مشکل در تنظیم شناختی هیجان نیز می تواند زیربنای بروز چنین اختلالاتی باشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه تنظیم هیجان، اختلال بدریخت انگاری و اضطراب اجتماعی با اختلال خوردن در زنان جوان متقاضی عملهای لاغری انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت همبستگی با مشارکت 160 نفر از زنان 30 تا 40 ساله مراجعه کننده به مطبهای زیبایی جهت جراحی زیبایی لاغری در پاییز 1400 در شهر تهران انجام شد. نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های تنظیم هیجان Gross، اضطراب اجتماعی Connor، عادت خوردن Dutch، و نگرانی از تصویر بدنی Littleton بصورت آنلاین جمع آوری شد. داده های جمع آوری شده در نرم افزار آماری SPSS-26 و با استفاده از روشهای آمارتوصیفی و آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن افراد شرکت کننده در مطالعه (54/3) 1/34 سال بود. آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین اختلال خوردن با تنظیم هیجان (133/0=r، 001/0>P)، اختلال خوردن با اضطراب اجتماعی (347/0=r، 001/0>P) و اختلال خوردن با اختلال بدریخت انگاری (382/0=r، 001/0>P) رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. یعنی هرچه نمره تنظیم هیجان، اضطراب اجتماعی و اختلال بدریخت انگاری بالاتر بود، اختلال خوردن هم بالاتر و هم معکوس به دست آمد. رابطه اختلال خوردن با تنظیم هیجان (042/0=β)، اختلال بدریخت انگاری (436/0=β) و اضطراب اجتماعی (187/0=β) مثبت و معنی دار بود. مدل رگرسیون به دست آمده از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود (001/0=P و 932/34=F).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که اختلال خوردن با تنظیم هیجان، اضطراب اجتماعی و اختلال بدریخت انگاری رابطه مثبت و معنی دار دارد. یعنی هرچه نمره تنظیم هیجان، اضطراب اجتماعی و اختلال بدریخت انگاری بالاتر بود، اختلال خوردن هم بالاتر بود و برعکس.
