چکیده
زمینه و هدف: عوامل روان شناختی و اجتماعی در بررسی های مربوط به اعتیاد حوزه وسیعی را به خود اختصاص داده است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، وسواس فکری وکنترل عواطف با عود اعتیاد و با میانجی گری هیجان خواهی در معتادان خود معرف انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی و همبستگی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری با مشارکت 278 نفر از بیماران معتاد خود معرف در حال ترک مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمان سوءمصرف مواد شهرستان های تنکابن و عباس آباد در سال ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیده و داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های عود اعتیاد، کنترل عواطف، طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، وسواس فکری- عملی و هیجان خواهی جمع اوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار Lisrel 8.80 انجام گردید.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان، (5/11) 8/44 سال بود. ضریب مسیر مستقیم بین وسواس فکری و عود اعتیاد (001/0>P، 34/0β=)، طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و عود اعتیاد (001/0>P، 37/0β=) و کنترل عواطف و عود اعتیاد (001/0>P، 43/0β=) مثبت و معنادار بود. ضریب مسیر بین وسواس فکری و عود اعتیاد با میانجیگری هیجان خواهی (001/0>P، 49/0β=)، طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و عود اعتیاد با میانجیگری هیجان خواهی (001/0>P، 55/0β=) و کنترل عواطف و عود اعتیاد با میانجیگری هیجان خواهی (001/0>P، 52/0β=) مثبت و معنادار بود.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که رابطه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، وسواس فکری و کنترل عواطف با عود اعتیاد و با میانجیگری هیجان خواهی در معتادان خود معرف از برازش برخوردار بوده و هیجان خواهی دارای نقش میانجی در رابطه بین طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، وسواس فکری و کنترل عواطف با عود اعتیاد است.
