تأثیر درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سلامت روان افراد مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب: یک مطالعه راهنما

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماران مبتلا به بیماری های قلبی عروقی کرونری ممکن است توان سازگاری با شرایط این بیماری و امید خود را نسبت به ادامه زندگی از دست بدهند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سلامت روان بیماران قلبی انجامشده است.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پژوهش پیش آزمون پس آزمون وگروه گواه با مشارکت افراد مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونری 35 تا 55 ساله مراجعهکننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهرستان تایباد در اردیبهشتماه 1399 انجام شد. تعداد نمونه 30 نفر بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و با استفاده از روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه، هر گروه 15 نفر گماشته شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سلامت روان در سه دوره زمانی پیشآزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری سه ماه بعد، جمع آوری گردید. گروه آزمایش طی هشت جلسه 90 دقیقهای تحت درمان پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند اما گروه گواه مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و نرم افزار SPSS-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: در گروه آزمایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) مشکلات جسمانی از (9/1) 6/10 در پیش آزمون به (1/2) 3/7 در
پس آزمون و (4/2) 5/6 در پیگیری (001/0>P) و اضطراب و اختلال خواب از (1/3) 14 در پیش آزمون به (6/2) 3/6 در
پس آزمون و 1/6 در پیگیری (001/0>P) و همچنین افسردگی از (4/5) 7/10 در پیش آزمون به (7/3) 8/3 در پس آزمون و (9/3) 4/4 در پیگیری (001/0>P) کاهش یافتند. در گروه آزمایش تغییرات میانگین (انحراف معیار) کارکرد اجتماعی در
پیش آزمون (9/3) 1/8، پس آزمون (9/4) 5/9 و پیگیری (4/4) 2/9 معنی دار نبود. در گروه گواه، نمرات خرده مقیاس های سلامت روان در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنی داری از لحاظ آماری نداشتند.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد موجب کاهش مشکلات جسمانی، اضطراب و اختلال خواب و افسردگی در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری های قلبی عروقی شد.
