مقایسه اثربخشی درمان هیجان مدار با درمان شناختی- رفتاری مثبت نگر بر دیدگاه فهمی خود و دیدگاه فهمی همسر در زنان متأهل مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره: یک مطالعه راهنما

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از عوامل مرتبط با کارکرد بهنجار اعضای خانواده به ویژه زوجین، دیدگاه فهمی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان های هیجان مدار و شناختی- رفتاری مثبت نگر بر دیدگاه فهمی خود و دیدگاه فهمی همسر در زنان متأهل مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران انجام شد.
روش و مواد: روش مطالعه، آزمایشی و با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون و گروه گواه و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان متأهلی بودند که به منظور حل مشکلات زناشویی خود به مراکز مشاوره سازمان فرهنگی - هنری شهرداری شهر تهران در سال 97-1396 مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد 45 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه شامل دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه تقسیم شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مقیاس دیدگاه فهمی خود و مقیاس دیدگاه فهمی همسر بود. گروه های آزمایش، تحت مداخله نه جلسه ای درمان هیجان مدار و هشت جلسه درمان شناختی – رفتاری مثبت نگر قرار گرفتند و برای گروه گواه مداخله ای انجام نشد. پیش از شروع جلسات، پیش¬آزمون اجرا شد. در انتهای جلسات، پس-آزمون اجرا شد و پس از سه ماه از گذشت دوره پس¬آزمون، پیگیری نیز اجرا شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس و تحلیل کوواریانس و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-25 انجام شد.
یافته ها: در گروه درمان هیجان مدار، میانگین (انحراف معیار) دیدگاه فهمی خود از (4/1) 2/14 در پیش آزمون به (1/1) 1/22 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) و در دوره پیگیری به (2/1) 1/24 رسید که اثربخشی پایدار بود (001/0>P). در گروه درمان شناختی- رفتاری مثبت نگر میانگین (انحراف معیار) دیدگاه فهمی خود از (0/1) 2/15 در پیش آزمون به (0/2) 5/25 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) و در دوره پیگیری نیز به (9/1) 4/27 رسید که اثربخشی پایدار بود (001/0>P). در گروه درمان هیجان مدار، میانگین (انحراف معیار) دیدگاه فهمی همسر از 9/13 (1/1) در پیش آزمون به (0/1) 8/21 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) و در دوره پیگیری به (2/1) 1/24 رسید که اثربخشی پایدار بود (001/0>P). در گروه درمان شناختی- رفتاری مثبت نگر میانگین (انحراف معیار) دیدگاه فهمی همسر از (7/0) 4/14 در پیش آزمون به (1/2) 2/25 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) و در دوره پیگیری نیز به (1/1) 4/27 رسید که اثربخشی پایدار بود (001/0>P). در گروه گواه نمرات هر دو متغیر در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوتی نداشت. درمان شناختی- رفتاری مثبت نگر نسبت به درمان هیجان مدار در میزان بهبود دیدگاه فهمی خود (شناخت و راهبرد) و دیدگاه فهمی همسر (شناخت و راهبرد) در پس آزمون اثربخشی بیشتری داشت و این اثربخشی تا مرحله پیگیری ماندگار بود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان هیجان مدار و درمان شناختی- رفتاری مثبت نگر منجر به افزایش همدلی و دیدگاه فهمی زنان متأهل شد. درمان شناختی- رفتاری مثبت نگر نسبت به درمان هیجان مدار در میزان بهبود دیدگاه فهمی خود (شناخت و راهبرد) و دیدگاه فهمی همسر (شناخت و راهبرد) مؤثرتر بود.
