چکیده
زمینه و هدف: HIV/AIDS یک مسأله اجتماعی پزشکی بوده و پیامدهای منفی و چالش های گسترده ای را به همراه دارد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی گروه درمانی شناختی-رفتاری بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی و افزایش CD4 در مبتلایان به HIV/AIDS انجام شد.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل مبتلایان به HIV/AIDS در مرکز مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری شهرستان اهواز بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده 30 نفر انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. بعد از اجرای پیش آزمون بر روی دو گروه، گروه درمانی شناختی-رفتاری در طی هشت جلسه یک ساعت و نیم به صورت یک جلسه در هر هفته برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها، مقیاس کیفیت زندگی، شاخص CD4 و پرسشنامه ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره با نرم افزار SPSS-22 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: در گروه آزمایش که مداخله درمان شناختی-رفتاری اجرا شد، میانگین (انحراف معیار) متغیر کیفیت زندگی از (7/26) 9/166 در پیش آزمون به (4/21) 5/199 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) ولی در گروه گواه میانگین (انحراف معیار) آن از 8/167 (5/25) در پیش آزمون به (3/18) 2/168 در پس آزمون رسید که تفاوت معنی دار نبود. همچنین در گروه آزمایش که مداخله درمان شناختی-رفتاری اجرا شد، میانگین (انحراف معیار) متغیر CD4 از (1/65) 8/247 در پیش آزمون به (1/71) 8/341 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) ولی در گروه گواه میانگین (انحراف معیار) آن از (2/46) 2/254 در پیش آزمون به (8/56) 3/256 در پس آزمون رسید که تفاوت معنی دار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که درمان شناختی-رفتاری موجب بهبود کیفیت زندگی و افزایش CD4 در بیماران مبتلا به HIV/AIDS شد.
