ارتباط خود مراقبتی در بارداری با حمایت اجتماعی و استرس درک شده در زنان باردار در بیمارستان 29 بهمن تبریز

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اگر چه بارداری و زایمان به عنوان یک رویداد طبیعی در چرخه زندگی زنان مطرح می باشد ولی در عین حال تجربه ای پر از استرس همراه با تغییرات هیجانی، جسمانی و اجتماعی زیادی می باشد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط خود مراقبتی در بارداری با حمایت اجتماعی و استرس درک شده در زنان باردار می باشد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه مقطعی، توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال 1396 با مشارکت 400 نفر از زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه مامایی بیمارستان 29بهمن تبریز انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری در این مطالعه بصورت در دسترس بود. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه چهار قسمتی، شامل مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و تاریخچه مامایی، پرسشنامه خودمراقبتی در بارداری، حمایت اجتماعی درک شده و استرس درک شده جمع آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-21 و با آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام یافت و 05/0>P معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن زنان باردار مشارکت کننده در مطالعه (6/2) 5/29 سال بود. به ترتیب میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره خودمراقبتی در بارداری (1/5) 4/43، حمایت اجتماعی درک شده (2/12) 3/67، استرس درک شده (2/7) 37 بود. حمایت اجتماعی درک شده و استرس درک شده در بارداری با خود مراقبتی ارتباط آماری معنی داری داشتند بدین صورت که افزایش حمایت اجتماعی باعث افزایش خود مراقبتی در زنان باردار می شود (001/0=P) و افزایش استرس درک شده میزان خودمراقبتی در بارداری کاهش می دهد (001/0=P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد با افزایش حمایت اجتماعی در طول دوران بارداری، خودمراقبتی در زنان باردار افزایش یافت، همچنین با افزایش استرس درک شده میزان خودمراقبتی در بارداری کاهش پیدا کرد.
