چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دشواری در تنظیم هیجانات، اغلب بهعنوان یکی از مؤلفههای اساسی در بسیاری از اختلالات رفتاری مطرح میشود. تنظیم شناختی هیجان بهعنوان روشی برای فهمیدن این مسئله است که چگونه فرد میتواند توجه خود را سازمان داده و اعمال راهبردی و مصرانه را برای حل مسائل به دست آورد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر آموزش تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر کاهش تکانشگری و بهبود روابط با همسالان در دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهر شیراز بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی و با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون و گروه گواه بود. این پژوهش با مشارکت 40 نفر از دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهرستان شیراز در سال 1398 انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه مهارت های اجتماعی Matson جمع آوری شد. مداخله آزمایشی شامل آموزش تنظیم شناختی هیجان براساس مدل Grass به مدت هشت جلسه گروهی 2 ساعته بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندراهه و نرم افزار SPSS-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن در گروه آزمایش (9/0) 4/16 و گروه گواه برابر با (9/0) 4/16 سال بود. در گروه آزمایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) تکانشگری از (4/6) 8/29 در پیش آزمون به (1/6) 6/27 در پس آزمون کاهش یافت (01/0=P) همچنین روابط با همسالان از (7) 6/22 در پیش آزمون به (8/5) 8/24 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (04/0=P). در گروه گواه میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات متغیرهای مطالعه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشت.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش تنظیم شناختی هیجان، موجب کاهش تکانشگری و بهبود روابط با همسالان در دانش آموزان می شود.
