مقایسه اثربخشی درمان سیستمی بوئن و درمان ترکیبی سیستمی بوئن و نوروفیدبک برافزایش سطح تمایزیافتگی: یک مطالعه راهنما

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تمایزیافتگی یکی از ویژگیهای انسان سالم به شمار میرود، بهطوریکه افراد با سطح تمایز بالا از سازگاری روانشناختی بهتری برخوردارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی درمان سیستمی بوئن و درمان ترکیبی سیستمی بوئن و نوروفیدبک برافزایش سطح تمایزیافتگی بود.
روش و مواد: روش مطالعه حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان مراکز و مؤسسات آموزش عالی شهرستان بجنورد که در سال 99-1398 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از بین جامعه هدف ابتدا پنج مرکز بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. سپس از بین دانشجویان این مراکز، 39 نفر از دانشجویانی که در آزمون غربالگری اولیه تمایز خود نمره یک انحراف معیار پایینتر از میانگین را کسب کرده بودند، بهصورت نمونهگیری داوطلبانه و جایگزینی تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. ابتدا از هر سه گروه با اجرای پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی دریک (DSI-SH) پیشآزمون به عمل آمد. سپس، گروه آزمایش اول نه جلسه 60 دقیقهای درمان سیستمی بوئن و گروه آزمایش دوم نه جلسه 60 دقیقهای درمان سیستمی بوئن به همراه 15 جلسه 20 دقیقهای درمان نوروفیدبک دریافت کردند و گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. در انتها مجدداً از هر سه گروه پسآزمون به عمل آمد و بعد از دو ماه پیگیری انجام شد. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-24 و با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر تجزیهوتحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: در گروه درمان سیستمی بوئن میانگین (انحراف معیار) تمایزیافتگی از (2/9) 7/62 در پیشآزمون به (0/12) 8/77 در پسآزمون و (7/9) 7/79 در مرحله پیگیری افزایش یافت (01/0>P). در گروه مداخله ترکیبی بوئن و نوروفیدبک میانگین (انحراف معیار) تمایزیافتگی از (0/9) 6/64 در پیشآزمون به (3/6) 9/97 در پسآزمون و (4/5) 2/100 در مرحله پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P). در گروه گواه میانگین (انحراف معیار) تمایزیافتگی از (9/6) 9/57 در پیشآزمون به (1/7) 5/58 در پسآزمون و (0/8) 5/58 در مرحله پیگیری رسید که تفاوتی نداشت. نتایج بهدستآمده از مقایسه زوجی بر اساس آزمون بونفرونی نشان میدهد که روش درمان ترکیبی سیستمی بوئن و نوروفیدبک در بهبود تمایزیافتگی مؤثرتر از درمان سیستمی بوئن میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان سیستمی بوئن و درمان ترکیبی سیستمی بوئن و نوروفیدبک هر دو سطح تمایزیافتگی را بهبود دادند و در این میان درمان ترکیبی سيستمي بوئن و نوروفیدبک به دلیل استفاده همزمان از بازخورد زیستی و روانشناختی اثربخشی بیشتری داشت.
