اثربخشی تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر نظم جویی هیجانی، انعطاف پذیری شناختی و شادی ذهنی دانشجویان معتاد به اینترنت: یک مطالعه راهنما

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: جذابیت های متنوع محتوای اینترنت در حوزه های مختلف کارکردی سبب افزایش مصرف کاربران گردیده و در موارد حاد منجر به اعتیاد افراد به اینترنت می گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر نظم جویی هیجانی، انعطاف پذیری شناختی و شادی ذهنی دانشجویان مبتلا به اعتیاد به اینترنت است.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و گواه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دختر مبتلا به اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشگاه لاهیجان در سال 1396 تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 30 دانشجوی معتاد به اینترنت بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه، هر گروه 15 نفر، قرار گرفتند. آموزش راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان به صورت گروهی در هشت جلسه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد اما گروه گواه، مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. پرسشنامه های انعطاف پذیری شناختی، نظم جویی هیجانی و شادی ذهنی قبل، بعد از دوره درمانی و همچنین سه ماه بعد اجرا گشت. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر و نرم افزار
SPSS-22 تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین(انحراف معیار) سن گروه آزمایش (3/1) 2/25 و گروه گواه (7/1) 1/26 سال بود. در گروه آزمایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ارزیابی مجدد شناختی از (2/3) 1/24 در پیش آزمون به (6/4) 9/30 در پس آزمون و (4/4) 1/30 در پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P)، میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره سرکوبی هیجان از (8/2) 1/21 در پیش آزمون به (7/3) 4/16 در پس آزمون و (6/3) 8/16 در پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P)، میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ادراک کنترل پذیری از
(1/5) 3/26 در پیش آزمون به (9/5) 1/36 در پس آزمون و (4/5) 2/35 در پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P)، میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ادراک گزینه های مختلف از (5/5) 1/45 در پیش آزمون به (4/5) 4/51 در پس آزمون و (5/5) 1/51 در پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P)، و میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره شادی ذهنی از (5/4) 2/29 در پیش آزمون به (7/4) 2/41 در پس آزمون و (2/5) 7/39 در پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P) اما این تغییرات در گروه شاهد معنی دار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد آموزش تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر افزایش ارزیابی مجدد شناختی، ادراک کنترل پذیری، ادراک گزینه های مختلف، شادی ذهنی و کاهش سرکوبی هیجان دانشجویان معتاد به اینترنت مؤثر بود.
