مقایسه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی و سبک های هویتی در نوجوانان بزهکار و غیر بزهکار

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نوجوانی دوره ای است که با تغییرات متعدد اجتماعی، روان شناختی، رفتاری و فیزیکی همراه است که
می تواند منجر به بروز برخی مشکلات اجتماعی مانند بزهکاری شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی و سبک های هویتی در نوجوانان بزهکار و غیر بزهکار انجام گردید.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسه ای بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش عبارتند از كليه نوجوانان بزهکار و غیربزهکار شهر رشت در سال 1396 بودند که تعداد 120 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی و سبک های هویتی بود. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و
نرم افزار SPSS-20 تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن گروه بزهکار (5/3) 9/16 و گروه عادی (6/4) 1/17 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات مؤلفه های تنظیم شناختی هیجان در گروه بزهکار شامل نشخوارگری (2/2) 1/18 و سرزنش دیگران (5/1) 1/12 بالاتر از نشخوارگری (6/3) 6/15 و سرزنش دیگران (5/2) 9/8 در گروه غیر بزهکار بود (05/0>P). اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) سرزنش خود (6/1) 1/9 در گروه غیر بزهکار بالاتر از گروه بزهکار (6/2) 1/7 بود (05/0>P). همچنین تمرکز بر برنامه ریزی (6/2) 1/36 در گروه غیر بزهکار بالاتر از گروه بزهکار (5/4) 1/30 بود (05/0>P). دو گروه نوجوانان بزهکار و غیر بزهکار از نظر سایر مؤلفه های تنظیم شناختی هیجان و سبک های هویت تفاوت معناداری نداشتند.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که نشخوارگری و سرزنش دیگران در گروه بزهکار بیشتر ولی سرزنش خود در آنها کمتر از گروه غیربزهکار بود. همچنین تمرکز بر برنامه ریزی در گروه بزهکار کمتر از گروه غیربزهکار بود. دو گروه نوجوانان بزهکار و غیربزهکار از نظر سایر مؤلفه های تنظیم شناختی هیجان و سبک های هویت تفاوت معناداری نداشتند.
