مقایسه اثربخشی رویا پرورانی با تصویرسازی تحلیلی بر افسردگی، اضطراب مرگ و کیفیت خواب دانشجویان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دو رویکرد درمانی رویاپرورانی و تصویرسازی تحلیلی میتوانند متغیرهای بسیاری از جمله اختلالهای روانی و نیز متغیرهای سلامت روانی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه اثربخشی رویاپرورانی با تصویرسازی تحلیلی بر افسردگی، اضطراب مرگ و کیفیت خواب دانشجویان میباشد.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در زمستان سال 1394 بودند که از میان آنها، 90 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه برابر (رویا پرورانی، تصویرسازی تحلیلی و گروه گواه) گمارده شدند. مداخله درمانی برای دو گروه آزمایش اجرا شد اما در گروه گواه، مداخلهای انجام نشد. متغیرهای مورد بررسی قبل و بعد و سه ماه بعد از اجرای مداخله اندازهگیری شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب مرگ، مقیاس افسردگی و پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب بود. تحلیل داده ها، با استفاده از آزمون طرح اندازههای مکرر با نرم افزار SPSS-16 انجام شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکتکنندگان (3/7) 6/31 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره اضطراب مرگ در پیش آزمون گروه رویاپرورانی از (2) 2/10 به (5/2) 1/6 در پس آزمون و (6/2) 9/5 در پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P)، نمره اضطراب مرگ در پیشآزمون گروه تصویرسازی تحلیلی از (7/2) 5/8 در پیش آزمون به (6/2) 9/4 در پس آزمون و پیگیری کاهش یافت اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات اضطراب مرگ گروه گواه در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوتی نداشته است. نمره افسردگی در پیش آزمون گروه رویاپرورانی از (6/10) 3/29 به (10) 5/11 در پس آزمون و (9/8) 2/9 در پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P)، نمره افسردگی در پیشآزمون گروه تصویرسازی تحلیلی از (4/9) 8/25 در پیش آزمون به (7/8) 2/12 در پس آزمون و (9/7) 11 در پیگیری کاهش یافت اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات افسردگی در گروه گواه در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوتی نداشته است. نمره کیفیت خواب در پیش آزمون گروه رویاپرورانی از (1/8) 1/19 به (3/6) 6/9 در پس آزمون و (4) 1/7 در پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P)، نمره کیفیت خواب در پیشآزمون گروه تصویرسازی تحلیلی از (4/9) 2/18 در پیش آزمون به (4/6) 4/9 در پس آزمون و (2/6) 6/8 پیگیری کاهش یافت اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات کیفیت خواب در گروه گواه در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوتی نداشته است. مقایسه دو گروه رویاپرورانی تحلیلی و تصویرسازی تحلیلی در پیش و پس آزمون و پیگیری نشان داد که این دو گروه تفاوت معناداری از نظر اضطراب مرگ، افسردگی و کیفیت خواب نداشتند.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که هر دو درمان رویاپرورانی و تصویر سازی تحلیلی، باعث کاهش اضطراب مرگ، افسردگی و کیفیت خواب شدند، اما در میزان اثربخشی بر این سه متغیر تفاوتی با هم نداشتند.
