مدل ساختاری نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و ویژگی های شخصیتی هگزاکو با رفتارهای پرخطر با نقش میانجی خلاقیت هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه های آزاد استان اصفهان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای پرخطر برای سلامت و بهزیستی نوجوانان، جوانان یک تهدید محسوب می شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی روابط ساختاری نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی، ویژگی های شخصیتی هگزاکو با رفتارهای پرخطر با نقش میانجی خلاقیت هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه های آزاد استان اصفهان انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی با مشارکت دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی1400-1399 در دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی استان اصفهان انجام شد. تعداد نمونه 382 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی، سیاهه شخصیتی هگزاکو، سیاهه خلاقیت هیجانی، مقیاس نیازهای بنیادین روان شناختی و رفتارهای پرخطر جوانان جمع آوری شد. برای تحلیل و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری از نرم افزارهای SPSS-24 و PLS-3 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن مشارکت کنندگان(7/10) 5/25 سال بود. ویژگی های سازگارانه شخصیتی (46/0- =β، 07/7t=)، نیازهای بنیادین (23/0- =β، 59/2 (t=و خلاقیت هیجانی (31/0- =β، 46/2(t= با رفتارهای پر خطر ارتباط مستقیم و منفی داشت. ویژگیهای سازگارانه شخصیتی (34/0=β، 79/3 =t) و نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی با خلاقیت هیجانی ارتباط مستقیم و مثبت داشت (54/0=β، 41/6=t).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که خلاقیت هیجانی در رابطه با رفتارهای پرخطر نقش واسطه ای داشت به طوری که خلاقیت هیجانی با اثر مستقیم بر ویژگیهای سازگارانه شخصیتی هگزاکو و نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی رفتارهای پرخظر کاهش یافت.
