مفاهیم بنیادی و کاربردهای نیمه رساناهای فروالکتریک بر پایه BaTiO3 در حذف فتوکاتالیستی آلایندههای نو ظهور: از مبانی تا امکان کاربرد عملی

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: اخیرا نگرانیها در مورد حضور آلایندههای نوظهور در منابع آبی، به گسترش تحقیقات در زمینهی فرآیندهای اکسیداسیون پیشرفته به عنوان روشی مؤثر برای حذف این ترکیبات مقاوم و پایدار منجر شده است. در میان انواع این فرآیندها، فناوریهای فتوکاتالیستی مبتنی بر نیمه رساناها به دلیل بهرهگیری از انرژی نور خورشید و تولید جفتهای الکترون- حفره، توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کردهاند. در این مقاله مفاهیم بنیادی، ویژگیها، خواص و کاربردهای نیمه رساناهای فروالکتریک، به ویژه باریم تیتانات، در تخریب آلایندههای نو ظهور بررسی و ارائه شده است.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از نوع «مرور روایتی» است و دادهها از مقالات پژوهشی و مروری منتشر شده در مجلات معتبر بینالمللی طی دههی اخیر گردآوری شده است. انتخاب منابع بر اساس ارتباط با موضوع، نوآوری و کیفیت علمی آنها صورت گرفت. اطلاعات استخراج شده در محورهایی چون ساختار، ویژگیها و مکانیزم فتوکاتالیستی، چشمانداز و کاربردهای محیط زیست تحلیل و طبقهبندی گردید. موازین اخلاقی درانجام این پژوهش و استفاده از منابع، رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: بررسیها نشان میدهد، فتوکاتالیستهای فروالکتریک بر پایه باریم تیتانات (BaTiO3) در حذف آلایندههای نوظهور نظیر داروها، رنگهای سنتزی و ترکیبات آلی مقاوم عملکرد بالایی دارند و برای برخی ترکیبات دارویی تا 100% راندمان حذف نیز گزارش شده است. ترکیب خاصیت فروالکتریک با رفتار پیزوکاتالیستی موجب بهبود جداسازی حاملهای بار و افزایش بازده معدنیسازی میشود.
نتیجهگیری: باریم تیتانات به عنوان فتوکاتالیستی فروالکتریک، گزینهای نویدبخش برای توسعهی فناوریهای پایدار، کم هزینه و دوستدار محیطزیست برای تصفیهی آب است. بررسی ارتباط میان ویژگیهای فروالکتریک و کارایی فتوکاتالیستی میتواند راهگشای طراحی مواد پیشرفته برای تصفیهی مؤثر آب و فاضلاب باشد.
