بررسی وضعیت خودکارآمدی، سواد سلامت و سبک زندگی سالم در میان معلمان آموزش و پرورش شهر مشهد

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: خودکارآمدی و سبک زندگی سالم از عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر ارتقای سلامت در محیطهای آموزشی هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط خودکارآمدی، سواد سلامت و سبک زندگی ارتقا دهنده سلامت در میان معلمان آموزش و پرورش شهر مشهد انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی بود که در سال ۱۴۰۳ بر روی ۲۳۰ معلم منتخب از چهار ناحیه آموزش و پرورش مشهد به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامههای سبک زندگی ارتقا دهنده سلامت، خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و نسخه خلاصه سنجش سواد سلامت بزرگسالان (S-TOFHLA) بود. دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS16 و آزمونهای آماری توصیفی، همبستگی، آزمونهای t و واریانس و مدل خطی عمومی تحلیل شدند. این پژوهش با پایبندی کامل به اصول و ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل انجام شد.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی معلمان 7/69 ± 65/91 بود که نشاندهنده سطح نسبتاً مطلوب است. میانگین سواد سلامت نظری و عملی به ترتیب 30/98 و 43/44 محاسبه شد. سبک زندگی سالم با میانگین 20/14 ± 37/68 در سطح متوسط قرار داشت و پایینترین نمرات مربوط به مدیریت استرس و فعالیت بدنی بود. تحلیل مدل خطی عمومی نشان داد خودکارآمدی با سبک زندگی ارتقا دهنده سلامت ارتباط مثبت و معنادار داشت (0/001>,P 0/07=R2)، در حالی که ارتباط آن با سواد سلامت معنادار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها بر اهمیت نقش خودکارآمدی در بهبود رفتارهای ارتقا دهنده سلامت در میان معلمان تأکید دارد. پیشنهاد میشود مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر ارتقای خودکارآمدی جهت بهبود سبک زندگی سالم معلمان طراحی و اجرا گردد.
