شاخصهای مشاهدهای و ادراکی مرتبط با اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی در حمل دستی بیمار: مطالعهای در کارکنان مراقبتهای بهداشتی از سالمندان

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: از آنجایی که شغل مراقبتهای بهداشتی جزء مشاغل پر خطر از نظر میزان بروز اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی است، هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تعدادی از شاخصهای مشاهدهای و ادراکی مرتبط با اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی هنگام حمل دستی بیمار در کارکنان مراقبتهای بهداشتی از سالمندان میباشد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، 60 نفر از کارکنان مراقبتهای بهداشتی خانههای سالمندان شهر تهران به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی در سال 1404 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. شاخص مشاهدهای شامل ارزیابی پوسچر با استفاده از بررسی مواجهه سریع بدن (QEC) و شاخصهای ادراکی شامل پرسشنامه سنجش ناراحتی اعضای بدن (BPDR) و مقیاس تلاش درک شده بورگ (RPE 6-20) هنگام اجرای پنج موقعیت پرتکرار جابجایی دستی بیمار ارزیابی شدند. تحلیل توصیفی دادهها با نرم افزار SPSS23 انجام شد. رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمامی مراحل اجرای مطالعه در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: 100 درصد پوسچرهای ارزیابی شده کارکنان در حین انجام وظایف در وضعیت خیلی خطرناک قرار داشت. همچنین در تمامی این موقعیتها، میانگین میزان تلاش درک شده، بالا گزارش شد. برای هرکدام از اعضای بدن، حداقل ۱۵٪ از نفرات، ناراحتی متوسط رو به بالا را در سنجش ناراحتی اعضای بدن گزارش کردند.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج، میتوان استنباط کرد که حمل دستی بیمار نیاز به اتخاذ رویکرد و مداخلاتی اثربخش از جمله طراحی برنامههای آموزشی بلندمدت مرتبط با حمل دستی بیمار، استفاده از تجهیزات حمل بیمار و ایجاد تغییرات محیطی و سازمانی برای بهبود پوسچر و کاهش ناراحتیها و تلاش درک شده کارکنان دارد.
