طراحی، روانسنجی و اجرای ابزار ارزیابی آمادگی بیمارستان برای پاسخ به آلودگی مخازن ذخیره آب منتج از اقدامات خرابکارانه: مطالعه موردی یکی از بیمارستانهای شرق تهران

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: منابع آب شیرین و زیرساختهای آبی از ارکان حیاتی سلامت جوامع بوده و از اهداف بالقوه عملیات خرابکارانه محسوب میشوند. آمادگی مراکز بهداشتی برای مقابله با آلودگی منابع آب، نقش مهمی در ارتقای تابآوری دارد. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی، روانسنجی و بهکارگیری ابزاری جهت سنجش آمادگی بیمارستانها در مواجهه با آلودگی مخازن آب ناشی از عملیات خرابکارانه انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر در چند مرحله انجام گرفت. مرحله اول به طراحی ابزار اولیه با استفاده از مرور جامع اسناد و جمعآوری نظر شورای خبرگان اختصاص داشت. در مرحله دوم، روایی محتوایی ابزار با محاسبهی نسبت روایی محتوا(CVR) تعیین شد. متعاقباً، مرحله سوم بر سنجش پایایی ابزار تمرکز کرد و میزان توافق بین ارزیابان از طریق محاسبهی ضریب کاپای کوهن سنجیده شد و درنهایت، در مرحله چهارم، ابزار نهایی شده برای اجرای عملیاتی در یکی از بیمارستانهای شرق تهران به کار گرفته شد. برای انجام مطالعه، ملاحظات اخلاقی شامل محرمانه بودن نام بیمارستان مدنظر قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: ابزار نهایی طراحیشده شامل 28 سوال میباشد که از روایی (CVR > 0/49) و پایایی (K =0/636) قابل قبولی برخوردار است. ارزیابی انجام شده نشان داد میزان آمادگی بیمارستان برابر با 77/28 بوده که نشانگر آمادگی بالا میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: پایش مستمر مخازن آب بیمارستانها به ویژه در شرایط بحران ضروری است. ابزار طراحی شده میتواند در ارزیابی آمادگی و ارتقای تابآوری بیمارستانها در برابر تهدیدات آبی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
