تخریب مکانیکی- شیمیایی فلوکستین در حضور پرسولفات آمونیوم و منیزیم اکسید

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: فلوکستین به عنوان یک داروی پر مصرف بوده و بقایای آن در محیط زیست به صورت پسماند جامد یا محلول در فاضلابها، به دلیل ساختار شیمیایی خاص آن میتواند به معضل جدی تبدیل شود. در بیشتر مطالعات به حذف داروها به صورت محلول در آب پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش کارایی فرایند مکانیکی- شیمیایی همراه با اکسیداسیون پیشرفته برای تجزیه فلوکستین به صورت جامد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: فلوکستین جامد در آسیاب سیارهای همراه با منیزیم اکسید و پرسولفات آمونیوم تحت شرایط مختلف شامل زمان واکنش، سرعت چرخش، نسبت گوی به ماده و نسبت جرمی واکنشدهندهها قرار گرفت و میزان تجزیه و معدنیسازی آن سنجش شد. این پژوهش با پایبندی کامل به اصول و ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد فرایند مکانیکی- شیمیایی ارتقا یافته توانست تجزیه تقریباً کامل فلوکستین (99/66 درصد) را فراهم کند. در شرایط بهینه، معدنیسازی دارو به 80/85 درصد رسید. استفاده همزمان از منیزیم اکسید و پرسولفات آمونیوم موجب افزایش چشمگیر کارایی و بروز اثر همافزایی جهت تجزیه و معدنی سازی فلوکستین شد.
نتیجهگیری: ویژگیهای سطحی منیزیم اکسید و توانایی آن در تولید گونههای فعال رادیکال سولفات، موجب بهبود تخریب دارو گردید؛ بنابراین، فرایند تلفیقی مکانیکی- شیمیایی و اکسیداسیون پیشرفته میتواند بهعنوان روشی نوآورانه و مؤثر برای بیخطرسازی پسماندهای دارویی جامد معرفی شود.
