بررسی آگاهی و نگرش بهداشتی دانشجویان درباره واکسیناسیون HPV و ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی، یک مطالعه موردی در استان کرمانشاه

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: بيماري ناشي از ويروس پاپيلوماي انساني (HPV) یک بیماری خطرناک ویروسی با احتمال بروز سرطانهای بدخیم تناسلی میباشد. میزان واکسیناسیون عليه ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی (HPV) در ایران بسیار پایین است و برنامهای برای واکسیناسیون HPV وجود ندارد. این مطالعه برای ارزیابی آگاهی و نگرش در مورد HPV ، باورهای بهداشتی نسبت به واکسیناسیون HPV فواید، موانع و قصد توصیه واکسیناسیون HPV برای دختران و پسران انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: طرح مطالعه با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه مقطعی توصیفی در چهار بخش؛ سنجش دموگرافیک، آگاهی، نگرش و منابع اطلاعات برای 500 نفر از دانشجویان دختر و پسر در مراکز آموزش عالی استان درسال 1400 انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید هیئتعلمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه و پایایی آن توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تائید شد. تحلیل داده ها با روش رگرسیون لجستیک و فاصله اطمینان 95٪ با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه18 انجام گرفت. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه رعایت شد.
یافتهها: تفاوت معنی داری در آگاهی و نگرش افراد مشارکت کننده در پژوهش به ترتیب بر اساس جنسیت در زنان با 36/4%، مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی در زنان با 16/84% و رشتههای تحصیلی وابسته به علوم پزشکی با 30/25% دیده شد (P<0/05).
نتیجهگیری: اگرچه هنوز برنامهاي به منظور واكسيناسيون HPV در دانشگاهها ارائه نشده است، اما ترویج دانش عمومی در مورد واکسیناسیون HPV بین زنان و مردان جوان توسط اساتید بهداشت لازم است.
