ارزیابی استرس شغلی در بین آتشنشانان و بررسی ارتباط بالقوه آن با اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: استرس شغلی یکی از شایعترین مشکلات بهداشتی مرتبط با کار در سراسر جهان است که با بسیاری از خطرات جسمانی ارتباط دارد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی استرس شغلی در بین آتش نشانان و بررسی ارتباط آن با اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی در یکی از مراکز آتشنشانی شهر تهران انجام گرفت. جهت ارزیابی استرس شغلی و اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی بترتیب از پرسشنامه استرس شغلی HSE و پرسشنامه اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی کرنل استفاده گردید. آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS21 انجام گرفت. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه رعایت شد.
یافته ها: میانگین سن و زمان کار بترتیب83/5 66/32 سال و 1/2 14/9 ساعت در روز بود. کمترین و بیشترین میزان بعد استرس شغلی برابر 83/8 و 58/22 و میزان استرس شغلی کل برابر 29/107 محاسبه گردید. اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در بین آتش نشانان شیوع بالایی داشت و بترتیب در نواحی زانو، شانه، کمر و گردن بود. بین نمره کلی استرس شغلی و ابعاد نقش، حمایت مسئولین، حمایت همکاران، تقاضا و تغییرات با اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی ارتباط معناداری مشاهده گردید.
نتیجه گیری: استرس شغلی و اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در بین کارکنان آتش نشانانی شیوع بالایی داشت و ارتباط معنادار آماری بین استرس شغلی و اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی مشاهده گردید بنابراین استرس شغلی ممکن است در آتش نشانان به عنوان یک عامل توسعه اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی محسوب گردد لذا برای کاهش استرس شغلی و پیشگیری از اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی، یک سیستم مراقبتی برای آتش نشانان نیاز میباشد.
