تاثیر برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای تغذیه ای زنان باردارمراجعه کننده به پایگاه های بهداشتی شهر تربت حیدریه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تغذيه مناسب بخش مهمي از يك بارداري سالم است . آموزش مناسب تغذيه اي ميتواند نقش مهمي در ارتقاء سلامت مادر و فرزند او داشته باشد . این مطالعه با هدف تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای تغذیه ای زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به پايگاه هاي بهداشتي شهر تربت حيدريه انجام شد.
مواد وروش ها: پژوهش حاضر يک مطالعه نيمه تجربي مي باشد که به روي 200 زن باردار مراجعه کننده به پايگاههاي بهداشتي شهر تربت حيدريه انجام شد .نمونه گيري به صورت تصادفي ساده انجام شد و نمونه ها را به دو گروه مداخله وکنترل تقسيم شدند .ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود که روايي وپايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفته بود.ابتدا پرسشنامه در هر دو گروه توزيع وتکميل شد سپس بر اساس آنالیز انجام شده محتوای آموزشی تهیه شد و مداخله آموزشی در گروه مورد انجام شد.بعد از 1 ماه پرسشنامه ها پس از آزمون نيز تکميل شد ودر نهايت داده ها با نرم افزار اماريSPSSتجزيه وتحليل شد.
یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که قبل از مداخله، میانگین نمرات آگاهی ، رفتار ، منافع و موانع، حساسیت و شدت درک شده و خودکارآمدی بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری نداشتندپس از آموزش میانگین نمرات تمام متغیرهای فوق در گروه مداخله بطور معنی داری افزایش پیدا کرد.
نتیجه گیری:نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای تغذیه ای مادران باردار تاثیر مثبت دارد و از بین متغیرهای پیش بینی کننده، حساسیت درک شده بیشترین تاثیر را بر رفتار دارد.
