ارتباط فرهنگ سازماني با مسئوليتپذيري کارکنان در سطوح ارائه خدمات بهداشتی شهرستان گرگان

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: فرهنگ سازمانی مجموعهای از فرضیات اساسی است که افراد سازمان در روبرو شدن با مسائل برای انطباق با محیط و دستیابی به انسجام داخلی ایجاد میکنند. مسئولیتپذیری افراد نیز یکی از شاخصهای مهم سلامت روان میباشد. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين ارتباط فرهنگ سازماني با مسئوليت پذيري کارکنان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی به روش مقطعی در سال ۱۴۰۰ انجام شد. ۱۹۱ نفر از کارکنان معاونت بهداشتی استان گلستان، مرکز بهداشت شهرستان گرگان، مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهری و روستایی گرگان در مطالعه شرکت نمودند. روش نمونهگیری بصورت طبقهای تصادفی بود. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای فرهنگ سازمانی دنیسون و مسئوليتپذيري كارول استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 23 تحلیل گردید. همچنین ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه رعایت شد.
یافتهها: نمره کلی فرهنگ سازمانی کمتر از حد متوسط بود. تنها در بعد تیم گرایی میانگین نمرات بالاتر از حد متوسط بود و در سایر ابعاد کمتر از حد متوسط بود. نمره کلی مسئولیتپذیری و همچنین بعد نوع دوستی بالاتر از حد متوسط و در سایر ابعاد کمتر از حد متوسط بود. در کل بین فرهنگ سازمانی با مسئولیتپذیری کارکنان در سطوح ارائه خدمات سلامت در مراکز بهداشت شهرستان گرگان رابطه آماری معنیداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجهگیری: لزوم تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی به صورت علمی، عملی و کاربردی محسوس میباشد. مدیران سازمانهای بهداشتی درمانی باید با ایجاد انگیزش و فراهم نمودن تسهیلات رفاهی مسئوليتپذيري کارکنان را افزایش دهند.
