نگاهي به پديداري، پايداري و ناپديدي بيماريهاي نوپديد و همهگيريها و جهانگيريهاي آنها و سرنوشت کووید- 19

چکیده
انسانها از ديرباز با عوامل عفونتزاي مختلفي مواجه بوده و برحسب دانش، آگاهي و تجربياتي كه در زمانهاي مختلفي داشتهاند به منظور حفظ سلامتي خود و ارتقاء آن با اين عوامل به مبارزه پرداخته و يا از مواجهي با آنها اجتناب كردهاند و عليرغم اين كه پيروزي هميشگي انسانها بر اينگونه عوامل، شرايط لازم جهت ادامه حيات آنها را فراهم كرده است، هرگاه با عامل نوپديدي مواجه گرديده كه آشنايي كاملي با رفتارهاي اپيدميولوژيك آن نداشتهاند، به طرز غافلگيركنندهاي با اين عوامل، مواجه شده و با عنايت به فقدان آگاهي كافي جهت مبارزه با آنها، به ناچار، تسليم همهگيريها و جهانگيريهاي حاصله ميشدهاند! و اين همان واقعيتي است كه در پاندمي كويد-19 تجربه گرديد و انسان، با تمام وجود، متوجه شد كه عدم آگاهي از كنشها و واكنشهاي عوامل نوپديد، حتي در عصر حاضر نيز تفاوت چنداني با اعصار پيشين، ندارد!. هرچند اين واقعيت را نيز آموخته است كه راهكارهاي مبارزه با اين نوپديدي و همهگيريهاي ناشي از آن را نيز به بركت تجربيات ناشي از نوپديديهاي پيشين و پيشرفتهاي علمي و تكنولوژيك، به دست خواهد آورد و در اين نبرد هم پيروز خواهد شد.
در اين گفتار، سعي شده است با توجه به تجربيات حاصل از رفتار اپيدميولوژيك عوامل نوپديد در همهگيريها و جهانگيريهاي پيشين، به بررسي علل و اسباب (Casualties and Correlations) پديداري، پايداري و ناپديدي عوامل بيماريزاي نوپديد، بپردازيم و جهت نيل به اين هدف، در سه بخش متوالي 1ـ علل پيدايش 2ـ پايداري و تداوم و 3 ـ ناپايداري بسياري از بيماريهاي نوپديد، موضوع مورد بحث را دنبال كرده و به اين نتيجه رسيده ايم كه سرنوشت نوپديدي كوروناويروس عامل كوويد-19 نيز خارج از سرنوشت عوامل مشابهي نظير SARS، MERS يا كوروناويروسهاي عامل سرماخوردگي، نخواهد بود و اينبار نيز انسانها با كسب تجربيات سازندهاي به حيات خود ادامه خواهند داد و به اين باور و يقين خواهند رسيد كه مخاطرات بيولوژيك طبيعي، خودساخته و عامدانه همواره در كمين سلامتي انسان بوده و هستند و بازهم با بهرهگيري از اصل فرصتطلبي و غافلگيري، به سراغ او خواهند آمد! و در اين ميان، تنها عامل كاهش آسيب را هوشياري و آمادگي انسانها، حفظ سلامت محيط و احترام به حقوق زيستي تمامي انسانها تشكيل خواهد داد.
