چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماري هاي انگلی از مهم ترین بیماري هاي عفونی و یکی از مشکلات بهداشتی بسیاري از جوامـع مـی باشـند. در ایـن میـان شاغلین در مراکز تهیه مواد غذایی در صورت عدم رعایت اصول بهداشتی، می توانند نقش مهمی در انتقال عفونت هاي انگلـی داشـته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین شیوع آلودگی های انگلی روده ای در عرضه کنندگان مواد غذایی متقاضی کارت بهداشت در مناطق تحت پوشش مرکز بهداشت شمال تهران در سال 1395 انجام گرفت.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی با مشارکت کلیه افراد شاغل مرتبط با مواد غذایی که برای دریافت کارت بهداشتی در سال 1395 به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شمال تهران مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. در مجموع 4072 نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. کلیه نمونه ها به روش مستقیم (روش مرطوب با لوگل) از نظر وجود انگل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده ها پس از جمع آوری وارد نرم افزار SPSS-21 شده و با استفاده از آماره های توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: از افراد مشارکت کننده، 950 (3/23%) زن و 3122 (7/76%) مرد بودند. عفونت های انگلی روده ای در 271 (7/6%) نفر از افراد مشارکت کننده در مطالعه دیده شد. که از این موارد 148 (6/54%) ژیاردیا و 72 (6/26%) آنتاموباکلی، 21 (7/7%) آنتاموباهیستولیتیکا، 19 (0/7%) آسکاریس و 11 (7/3%) تنیا بود. بین سن و سطح تحصیلات افراد شرکت کننده در مطالعه و ابتلا به عفونت انگلی روده ای رابطه ای دیده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج، بیانگر آلودگی تعداد کمی از عرضه کنندگان مواد غذایی به انگل هل های روده ای بود و شایع ترین عامل آلودگی نیز ژیاردیا بود. ﻻزم است کنترل های بهداشتی بیشتر شده و در این راستا، تداوم و گسترش آموزش در راستای ارتقای سطح سلامت این افراد نقش تعیین کننده ای دارد.
