چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سرطان به عنوان یک عامل استرس زای منفی تأثیر جدی بر سلامت روانی و جسمی مبتلایان خواهد گذاشت. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه علی بین استرس ادراک شده، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و تاب آوری با سازگاری عاطفی با میانجی گری رضایت از زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی، جامعه آماری بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های شهر تهران از مهر ماه تا آذر ماه 1398 به تعداد 420 نفر بودند. به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار استفاده شده در این تحقیق مقیاس استرس ادراک شده، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، تاب آوری، سازگاری عاطفی و پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی بودند. ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر انجام گرفت. جهت آزمون روابط آزمون های همبستگی نظیر ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و همچنین مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار SPSS-23 و AMOS-23 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: با افزایش استرس ادراک شده با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (7/8) 2/24، سازگاری عاطفی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (8/4) 9/14 کاهش (01/0>P) و با افزایش حمایت اجتماعی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (9/17) 5/61، و تاب آوری با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (3/17) 3/60، سازگاری عاطفی افزایش یافت(01/0>P). با افزایش استرس ادراک شده، رضایت از زندگی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (9/6) 6/20 کاهش (01/0>P) و با افزایش حمایت اجتماعی و تاب آوری، میزان رضایت از زندگی افزایش یافت (01/0>P). با افزایش رضایت از زندگی، سازگاری عاطفی افزایش یافت (01/0>P). رضایت از زندگی در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، استرس ادراک شده و تاب آوری با سازگاری عاطفی نقش واسطه ای داشت، به این صورت که با اثر مستقیم حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (23/0=β) و تاب آوری (14/0=β) و اثر معکوس استرس ادراک شده (28/0-=β) بر رضایت از زندگی، سازگاری عاطفی افزایش یافت.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که سازگاری عاطفی، با افزایش حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و تاب آوری، افزایش و با افزایش استرس ادراک شده کاهش یافت. رضایت از زندگی در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، استرس ادراک شده و تاب آوری با سازگاری عاطفی نقش واسطه ای داشت، به این صورت که با اثر مستقیم حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و تاب آوری و اثر معکوس استرس ادراک شده بر رضایت از زندگی، سازگاری عاطفی افزایش یافت.
