مقایسه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک های مقابله ای افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری و افراد عادی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از مؤلفههای اساسی اختلال شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری، افکار مزاحم و تکرار شونده است. زیرساختهای شناختی، طرح وارهها و سبکهای مقابلهای اجتنابی در اختلال شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری همواره مورد توجه روانشناسان بالینی بوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و سبکهای مقابلهای در افراد دارای اختلال شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری و عادی بود.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پس رویدادی (علی- مقایسهای) بود. جامعة آماري اين پژوهش را بيماران مبتلا به اختلال شخصيت وسواسي- اجباري مراجعهكننده به درمانگاههاي روانشناسي و روان پزشكي تهران در سال 1396 تشکیل میدهند. از ميان مراجعهكنندگان، 140 نفر (70 نفر مبتلا به اختلال شخصيت وسواسي- اجباري و 70 نفر ديگر گروه غیر بالینی) با روش نمونهگيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها به کمک پرسشنامه چندمحوری بالینی، پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابلهای اجتنابی و پرسشنامه طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و با کمک
نرم افزار SPSS-18 انجام شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن گروه شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری (4/8) 6/37 و گروه عادی (8/7) 2/35 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) سبک مقابلهای تسلیم (107) 3/418، جبران افراطی (7/20) 4/152 و اجتناب (4/18) 8/133 در افراد دارای اختلال شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری به ترتیب بالاتر از سبک مقابلهای تسلیم (3/97) 5/382، جبران افراطی (2/16) 8/136 و اجتناب 6/109 (1/12) در گروه عادی است. در گروه شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری، نمرات مؤلفههای طرحوارههای رهاشدگی/ بیثباتی (8/6) 2/17، بیاعتمادی/ بدرفتاری (4/7) 3/19، محرومیت هیجانی (8/7) 9/20، نقص/ شرم (5/7) 7/18 و انزوای اجتماعی (9/8) 4/16 به ترتیب بالاتر از رهاشدگی/ بیثباتی (1/5) 1/14، بیاعتمادی/ بدرفتاری (4/6) 5/12، محرومیت هیجانی (1/7) 7/13، نقص/ شرم (2/5) 3/11 و انزوای اجتماعی (7) 2/12 گروه عادی است (001/0>P). ميزان تأثير يا تفاوت برابر با 42/0 میباشد، يعنی 42 درصد تفاوتهای فردی در نمرات خرده مقیاسهای پژوهش مربوط به تأثير عضويت گروهی میباشد.
نتیجه گیری: طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه رهاشدگی/ بیثباتی، بیاعتمادی/ بدرفتاری، محرومیت هیجانی، نقص/ شرم، انزوای اجتماعی و سبکهای مقابلهای اجتناب، جبران افراطی و تسلیم گروه دارای شخصیت وسواسی-اجباری از میانگین نمرههای گروه غیر بالینی بالاتر بود.
