مقایسه رشد اجتماعی، شناختی-حرکتی و مشکلات رفتاری دانش آموزان اول ابتدایی برخوردار و نابرخوردار از خدمات مهد کودک

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کودکان در جریان رشد و بزرگ شدن، مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری خاصی پیدا میکنند که معلول فشارهای رشد و انطباق با انتظارات خانواده و جامعه میباشد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه رشد اجتماعی، رشد شناختی حرکتی و مشکلات رفتاری دانشآموزان دختر اول ابتدایی برخوردار و نابرخوردار از خدمات مهدکودک شهر یاسوج انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت علی مقایسهای و با مشارکت دانشآموزان دختر پايه اول ابتدايي شهر ياسوج در سال تحصيلي 95-1394 انجام شد که تعداد 132 نفر از آنان با روش تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. از مشارکت کنندگان در مطالعه 69 (3/52%) نفر برخوردار و 63 (7/47%) نفر نابرخوردار از خدمات مهدکودک بودند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه رشد اجتماعيVineland ، پرسشنامه مشکلات رفتاری Rutter و آزمون سنجش رشد شناخت، ارتباط اجتماعی و حرکت Newsha جمعآوری گردید. دادهها پس از جمعآوری وارد نرمافزار آماری SPSS-22 شد و با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: بین میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات رشد اجتماعي (8/0) 8 و (2/1) 9/6 در کودکان برخوردار و نابرخوردار از خدمات مهد کودک به ترتیب با رشد شناختی (6/3) 5/12 و (9/1) 7/9 و رشد حرکتی (4/4) 1/16 و (8/1) 9/12 (001/0>P) تفاوت دیده شد. همچنين، بین میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات خودیاری عمومی در کودکان برخوردار و نابرخوردار به ترتیب (1/2) 7/10، (7/9) 2 و (005/0=P)، خودیاری در خوردن (9/0) 2/8 و (6/1) 6/6 و خودیاری در پوشیدن (9/0) 4/8 و (3/1) 7 و (001/0=P) تفاوت وجود داشت. از طرفي، اختلالات رفتاری شامل پرخاشگری بیشفعالی به ترتیب (3/2) 3/6 و (2/2) 2/8، ناسازگاری اجتماعی (2/2) 3/5 و (1/1) 5/6 و رفتارهای ضداجتماعی (2/2) 7/5 و (2) 1/7 در دختران برخوردار از خدمات مهد کودک کمتر از نابرخوردار بود (001/0=P).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد خودیاری عمومی دانشآموزان دختر اول ابتدایی برخوردار از خدمات مهد كودك، بهتر از خودیاری عمومی دانشآموزان دختر اول ابتدایی نابرخوردار از خدمات مهد كودك ميباشد.
