تحلیل حمایت از حق بر سلامت متهمان و محکومان در دوران پاندمی ویروس کووید-19

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: حق بر سلامت متهمان و محکومان در دوره پاندمی ویروس کووید-19 این ضرورت را ایجاب می کرد که برای حفظ جان و سلامت زندانیان تدابیری اندیشده شود تا مانع سرایت این ویروس به زندان ها شود. این مطالعه با هدف تدابیر و اقدامات در جهت تأمین حمایت از حق بر سلامت متهمان و محکومان در دوران پاندمی ویروس کووید-19 انجام گرفت.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه با به کارگیری شیوه اسنادی و استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی اقدامات صورت گرفته از سوی مسئولین مربوطه برای حمایت از سلامت متهمان و محکومان در زندان ها و بازداشتگاه های سراسر کشور در دوران پاندمی ویروس کووید-19 انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: مطالعه حاضر نشان دهنده این است که قوه قضائیه با در نظر گرفتن حق بر سلامت متهمان و محکومان و حمایت از آن تدابیر و اقدامات مناسبی را اتخاذ نموده است. لذا می توان اذغان داشت که تحلیل و بررسی پیرامون عملکرد دستگاه قضا ناظر به حق بر سلامت متهمان و محکومان در دوران کرونا باعث کاهش جمعیت کیفری و حبس زدایی گردید که اگر اعطای مرخصی و امتیازات ارفاقی (تعلیق، تعویق، تخفیف و ...) در این دوران صورت نمی گرفت چه بسا ممکن بود توجهی به حق بر سلامت این افراد نشود.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که در مجموع حمایت از حق بر سلامت متهمان و محکومان در دوران پاندمی ویروس کووید-19 انجام گرفته است.
