اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش اضطراب کرونا و استرس شغلی پرستاران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: در طول همه گیری کووید-19، پرستاران با سختی ها و حجم کاری بالایی مواجه اند که می تواند منجر به بروز مشکلات سلامت روان ازجمله استرس شغلی و اضطراب شود. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش اضطراب کرونا و استرس شغلی پرستاران انجام شد.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر به صورت یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه و با مشارکت 60 نفر از پرستاران مشغول به کار در بیمارستان شهیدبهشتی شهرقم در فروردین 1401 انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به طورتصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 30 نفر) قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از مقیاس اضطراب کرونا ویروس و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی Parker و DeCotisبه صورت آنلاین جمع آوری شد. گروه آزمایش، مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را در هشت جلسه شصت دقیقهای دریافت کرد، برای گروه گواه مداخلهای انجام نشد. پس از اجرای مداخله، هر دو گروه پرسشنامه پس آزمون را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS-22 و آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری و تک متغیری، t مقایسه ای تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) استرس شغلی در گروه آزمایش از (9/7) 4/40 قبل از مداخله به (2/10) 4/37 بعد از مداخله (037/0=P) و اضطراب بیماری کرونا از (1/6) 1/13 قبل از مداخله به (1/5) 3/7 بعد از مداخله کاهش یافت (001/0>P). نمرات گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشت. درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش اضطراب کرونا پرستاران به میزان 113/0 (046/0=P) و بر کاهش استرس شغلی پرستاران به میزان 132/0 تأثیر داشت (036/0=P).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد منجر به کاهش سطح اضطراب کرونا و استرس شغلی پرستاران شد.
