چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پرستاران باید بتوانند با تلفیق مهارت های فنی و دانش حرفه ای خود، قضاوت های بالینی دقیق و مناسبی در مورد وضعیت سلامت بیماران انجام دهند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه هوش هیجانی و سبک تفکر انتقادی با تصمیم گیری بالینی با میانجی گری باورهای خودکارآمدی و اعتماد به نفس در کادر پرستاری بیمارستان های شهر رشت انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی-همبستگی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری با مشارکت 364 نفر از پرستاران بخش مراقبت هاي ويژه بیمارستان های شهر رشت انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای بود و داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تصمیم گیری بالینی پرستاران، پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی در عملکرد بالینی، پرسشنامه سبک تفکر انتقادی و پرسشنامه اعتماد به نفس جمع آوری و با استفاده از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار AMOS-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: ضریب مسیر کل (مجموع ضرایب مسیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم) بین هوش هیجانی و الگوی تصمیم گیری بالینی (001/0>P، 442/0=β)، بین سبک تفکر انتقادی و الگوی تصمیم گیری بالینی (001/0>P، 335/0=β)، بین باورهای خودکارآمدی و الگوی تصمیم گیری بالینی (001/0>P، 325/0=β)، بین اعتماد به نفس و الگوی تصمیم گیری بالینی (001/0>P، 243/0=β)، همچنین اثر غیر مستقیم بین هوش هیجانی (001/0>P، 154/0=β) و سبک تفکر انتقادی (001/0>P، 188/0=β) بر الگوی تصمیم گیری بالینی مثبت و معنادار بود. هوش هیجانی، تفکر انتقادی، باورهای خودکارآمدی و اعتماد به نفس در مجموع 59% از واریانس الگوی تصمیم گیری را در پرستاران تبیین می کند.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد باورهای خودکارآمدی و اعتماد به نفس در رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و سبک تفکر انتقادی با تصمیم گیری بالینی در کادر پرستاری بیمارستان های شهر رشت نقش میانجی داشتند. باورهای خودکارآمدی و اعتماد به نفس، رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و سبک تفکر انتقادی با تصمیم گیری بالینی را افزایش دادند.
