اثربخشی روان درمانی روانشناسی مثبت گرا بر استحکام روانی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی، در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس: یک مطالعه راهنما

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس اختلالات خلقی و سلامت روان را بیشتر از جمعیت عادی تجربه می کنند، که به طور قابل توجهی بر کیفیت زندگی آنها تأثیر می گذارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی روان درمانی روانشناسی مثبت گرا بر استحکام روانی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی، در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شده است.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه با گروه شاهد بود. جامعه آماری بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس مراجعه کننده به یک مطب متخصص مغز و اعصاب در شهر اصفهان در سال 1399 بودند، که 30 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس طی یک فراخوان انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی آزمایش و شاهد تقسیم شدند. شرکت کنندگان در گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه ای در هفته تحت روان درمانی روانشناسی مثبت گرا قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه استحکام روانیClough (MTQ) و پرسشنامه انعطاف پذیری شناختی (CFI)، قبل و بعد از اتمام آموزش و یک ماه بعد از مداخله اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزاز 22-SPSS و آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازه گیری مکرر بین گروهی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان در گروه آزمایش (7/4) 33 و در گروه شاهد (2/5) 7/33 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) استحکام روانی در گروه آزمایش از (32) 3/108 در پیش آزمون به (29) 124 در پسآزمون افزایش یافت (001/0P<)، ولی در پیگیری یک ماه بعد به (29) 123 کاهش اندکی نشان داد. همچنین میانگین (انحراف معیار) انعطافپذیری شناختی در گروه آزمایش در پیشآزمون از (7/21) 5/66 به (4/27) 6/84 در پسآزمون افزایش یافت (001/0P<). ولی در پیگیری یک ماه بعد به (25) 1/80 کاهش داشت. تغییرات در گروه شاهد در هردو ازمون معنی دار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که روان درمانی مثبت گرا سبب افزایش استحکام روانی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شد.
