ارتباط تاب آوری و خودشفقت ورزی با سازگاری اجتماعی دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر کلاچای

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سازگاری اجتماعی در نوجوانان یکی از نشانه سلامت روان است که عواملی ازجمله تاب آوری و شفقت می تواند در ایجاد و تقویت آن مؤثر باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین تاب آوری و خودشفقت ورزی با سازگاری اجتماعی دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر کلاچای انجام شد.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر به صورت توصیفی همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر کلاچای بود که 186 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه گیری طبقه بندی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه های تاب آوری Conner-Davidson، خودشفقت ورزی Neff و سازگاری اجتماعی Clark و همکاران بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-21 وز آزمون های آماری رگرسیون چند متغیره و همبستگی تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان (8/1) 8/16 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره تاب آوری (1/8) 8/85، خودشفقت ورزی (2/11) 5/108 و سازگاری اجتماعی (9/8) 8/76 بود. بین تاب آوری با سازگاری اجتماعی (001/0>P ) و بین خودشفقت ورزی با سازگاری اجتماعی (001/0>P) افراد رابطه معنادار مثبت وجود داشت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد در مجموع دو متغیر توانسته اند 6/78 درصد سازگاری اجتماعی را پیش بینی نمایند. آزمون تحلیل واریانس برای معنی دار بودن رگرسیون نشان داد با 99 درصد اطمینان، متغیر تاب آوری توان پیش گویی سازگاری اجتماعی را داشت (001/0>P و 017/174=184 و 1F). همچنین با 99 درصد اطمینان، متغیر خود شفقت ورزی توان پیش گویی سازگاری اجتماعی را داشت (001/0>P و 123/340=183 و 2F).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد بین تاب آوری و خودشفقت ورزی با سازگاری اجتماعی دانش آموزان رابطه وجود داشت. هرچه دانش آموزان تاب آوری بیشتری داشته باشند، سازگاری اجتماعی شان بیشتر می شود. همچنین، هرچه دانش آموزان خودشفقت ورزی بیشتری داشته باشند، سازگاری اجتماعی شان بیشتر می شود.
