اثربخشی مشاوره مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید بر انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی

چکیده
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیشآزمون پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه بیکارشدگان جویای کار بالای دیپلم بود که برای دریافت آموزش و کسب مهارت به مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفهای شهر تهران معرفی شدند. روش نمونهگیری در تحقیق حاضر خوشهای تصادفی بود. 60 نفر بهصورت نمونهگیری تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفری شامل یک گروه آزمایشی با رویکرد مشاوره مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی بود. در ابتدا پرسشنامه انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی بهعنوان پیشآزمون بر روی دو گروه اجرا شد. سپس بر روی گروه آزمایش بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر امید در شش جلسه اجرا شد و در گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای اجرا نشد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS-22 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: در گروه آزمایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی از (9/3) 7/70 در پیش آزمون به (6/3) 4/79 در پس¬آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P). همچنین در گروه آزمایش از مؤلفه های انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی، میانگین (انحراف معیار) دغدغه از (5/3) 5/32 در پیش آزمون به (1/3) 1/37، میانگین (انحراف معیار) کنترل از (2/1) 3/12 در پیش آزمون به (3/2) 6/15، میانگین (انحراف معیار) کنجکاوی از (3/1) 1/13 در پیش آزمون به (3/1) 5/17، میانگین (انحراف معیار) اعتماد از (6/1) 7/12 در پیش آزمون به (1/2) 4/16 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P). در گروه گواه نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشت.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد مشاوره مسیر شغلی مبتنی موجب افزایش انطباق پذیری مسیر شغلی و خرده مقیاسهای آن شامل میزان دغدغه، کنترل، کنجکاوی و اعتماد شد.
