تبیین روابط ساختاری کیفیت زندگی بر اساس سازگاری هیجانی و سازگاری زناشویی با میانجیگری راهبردهای مقابلهای در زنان مبتلا به سندرم پلیکیستیک تخمدان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماری سندرم تخمدان پلیکیستیک به دلیل عوارض جسمی و روانشناختی زیاد، منجر به کاهش کیفیت زندگی شده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین روابط ساختاری کیفیت زندگی بر اساس سازگاری هیجانی و سازگاری زناشویی با میانجیگری راهبردهای مقابلهای در زنان مبتلا به سندرم پلیکیستیک تخمدان بود.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش به روش همبستگي با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان متأهل 20 تا 50 سال دارای سندرم تخمدان پلي كيستيك مراجعه کننده به بیمارستانهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران (آزاد و دولتی) در سال 99-1398 بودند. از بین بیمارستانهای دارای کلینیک زنان در شهر تهران بیمارستان بوعلی و بیمارستان جامع آرش با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده در نظر گرفته شد و تعداد 300 نفر نمونه با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس از بین زنان دارای سندرم تخمدان پلي كيستيك مراجعهکننده به این مراکز انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه های سازگاری هیجانی، سازگاری زناشویی، راهبردهای مقابلهای و کیفیت زندگی جمع آوری شدند و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای PLS و SPSS.25 با روش همبستگی-پیرسون و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: با افزایش نمره سازگاری هیجانی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 1/94 (2/1) و سازگاری زناشویی با 1/103 (2/1)، نمره کیفیت زندگی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 7/77 (73/0) افزایش یافت (01/0>P). همچنین با افزایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) راهبرد مسأله مدار 7/48 (5/8) نمره کیفیت زندگی افزایش و با افزایش راهبرد هیجان مدار با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 1/53 (6/9)، نمره کیفیت زندگی کاهش یافت (01/0>P). راهبرد مقابله ای مسئله مدار (28/0=β) و هیجان مدار (24/0-=β) در رابطه بین سازگاری هیجانی و کیفیت زندگی نقش واسطه ای داشت به این صورت که با افزایش میزان راهبرد مقابله ای مسئله مدار، و کاهش میزان راهبرد مقابله ای هیجان مدار، نمره کیفیت زندگی افزایش یافت. راهبرد مقابله ای مسئله مدار (32/0=β) و هیجان مدار (30/0-=β) در رابطه بین سازگاری زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی نقش واسطه ای داشت به این صورت که با افزایش راهبرد مقابله ای مسئله مدار، و کاهش راهبرد مقابله ای هیجان مدار، نمره کیفیت زندگی افزایش یافت.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد سازگاری هیجانی و زناشویی هر دو موجب بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سندرم تخمدان
پلی کیستیک شد. راهبرد مسأله مدار نیز با بهبود کیفیت زندگی همراه بود اما راهبرد هیجان مدار موجب بدتر شدن کیفیت زندگی شد. علاوه بر این راهبرد مقابله ای مسئله مدار و هیجان مدار در رابطه بین سازگاری هیجانی و سازگاری زناشویی با کیفیت زندگی نقش واسطه ای داشت، یعنی با افزایش راهبرد مسأله مدار، کیفیت زندگی بهتر و با افزایش راهبرد هیجان مدار کیفیت زندگی بدتر شد.
