اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود بر تاب آوری، خودگسستگی، ذهن آگاهی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماری دیابت پیامدهای روان شناختی منفی زیادی دارد و ویژگی های روان شناختی که در نتیجه وقوع اکثر بیماری ها از جمله دیابت فرد را دچار مشکل می کند، تاب آوری، خودگسستگی و ذهن آگاهی است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود بر تاب آوری، خودگسستگی، ذهن آگاهی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پيشآزمون پسآزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان بهلول، مرکز بهداشتی درمانی فیاض بخش و مرکز بهداشتی درمانی بیلند شهر گناباد در سال 1397 بود. تعداد نمونه این پژوهش شامل 60 نفر از جامعه مذکور بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه 30 نفری آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد اما در گروه گواه، مداخله ای صورت نگرفت. ابزار اندازه گیری شامل پرسشنامه
تاب آوري، پرسشنامه خودگسستگی و پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهي بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و با نرم افزار SPSS-22 صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) تاب آوری گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون (8/11) 7/47 بود که در پس آزمون به (3/11) 8/55 و در پیگیری به 3/56 (2/11) افزایش یافت (01/0>P) اما تفاوت میانگین (انحراف معیار) تاب آوری گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) خودگسستگی گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون (12) 9/99 بود که در پس آزمون به (3/12) 6/85 و در پیگیری به (4/12) 9/85 کاهش یافت (01/0>P) اما تفاوت میانگین (انحراف معیار) خودگسستگی گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) ذهن آگاهی گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون (7/19) 2/171 بود که در پس آزمون به (5/20) 7/189 و در پیگیری به (8/20) 1/190 افزایش یافت (01/0>P) اما تفاوت میانگین (انحراف معیار) ذهن آگاهی گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از نظر آماری معنادار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود منجر به افزایش تاب آوری و ذهن آگاهی و کاهش خودگسستگی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو شد.
