چکیده
زمینه و هدف: خیانت، تجربهای دردناک و پیچیده برای زوجها محسوب ميشود. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین اثربخشی درمان راهحل محور بر کارکرد خانواده و فرسودگی زناشویی در زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت همسر مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اهواز بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل كليه زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت همسر مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اهواز در سال 1398 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 30 نفر از آنان انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه، هر گروه 15نفر قرار گرفتند. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای کارکرد خانواده و فرسودگی زناشویی استفاده شد. پیش از انجام مداخله، پیش آزمون برگزار شد بعد گروه آزمایش تحت درمان راهحل محور در شش جلسه دوساعته قرار گرفتند اما گروه گواه هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. سپس پس آزمون اجرا شد و پس از یک ماه از اجرای پس آزمون، پیگیری انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS-22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش (3/6) 7/33 و گروه گواه (9/5) 4/31 بود. در گروه آزمایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) کارکرد خانواده از (7/17) 4/128 در پیش آزمون به (8/22) 5/188 در پس آزمون و (4/23) 1/192 در پیگیری افزایش یافت (001/0>P) ولی در گروه گواه از (3/15) 4/125 در پیش آزمون به (8/15) 9/124 در پس آزمون و (5/15) 7/123 در پیگیری رسید که تفاوت معنی دار نبود. در گروه آزمایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) فرسودگی زناشویی از (6/14) 124 در پیش آزمون به (9/8) 9/61 در پس آزمون و (8/9) 9/58 در پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P) ولی در گروه گواه از (5/12) 5/123 در پیش آزمون به (3/12) 7/124 در پس آزمون و (4/11) 8/123 در پیگیری رسید که تفاوت معنی دار نبود.
