چکیده
زمینه و هدف: برقراری روابط خارج از چارچوب زندگی زناشویی (خیانت) یکی از مشکلات زوجین و از علل جدایی و طلاق محسوب می گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش تاب آوری، راهبردهای حل تعارض و هیجان خواهی در پیش بینی نگرش به خیانت زناشویی دانشحویان زن متاهل دانشگاه آزاد واحد لاهیجان انجام شد.
روش و مواد: تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان زن متأهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد لاهیجان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 تشکیل می دادندکه 351 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه نگرش به خیانت، پرسشنامه تاب آوری، پرسشنامه راهبردهای حل تعارض و پرسشنامه هیجان خواهی بود. براي تجزیه و تحليل داده های پژوهش از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با بکارگیری نرم افزارهای SPSS-22 و AMOS-22 استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان، (7/8) 4/31 سال بود. با افزایش تاب آوری با میانگین (انحراف معیار)
(8/18) 4/55، نگرش مثبت به خیانت زناشویی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (2/10) 1/37 کاهش یافت (01/0>P). با افزایش راهبردهای حل تعارض سازنده با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (2/15) 9/48 نگرش مثبت به خیانت زناشویی کاهش یافت (01/0>P). با افزایش راهبردهای حل تعارض غیرسازنده با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (3/11) 4/32 و هیجان خواهی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (1/15) 3/53، نگرش مثبت به خیانت زناشویی افزایش یافت (01/0>P). همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد تاب آوری، راهبردهای حل تعارض و هیجان خواهی به ترتیب، 27/0، 30/0 و 24/0 درصد از واریانس نگرش به خیانت زناشویی را
پیش بینی می نمایند.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که خودکارآمدی پرهیز از سوءمصرف مواد با افزایش سرمایههای روانشناختی و راهبرد مسأله مدار، افزایش و با بیشتر شدن اختلال خواب و راهبردهای هیجان مدار و اجتنابی کاهش یافت.
