چکیده
زمینه و هدف: وسواس خرید، یک رفتار روبه رشد و ناکارآمد مصرف کننده و همراه با عواقب زیان بار روانی و مالی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر خودکنترلی هیجانی، انعطافپذیری عاطفی و ارزشمندی زندگی در زنان مبتلا به وسواس خرید انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه شاهد است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش زنان 45-20 ساله مبتلا به وسواس خرید شهر رشت بودند و روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود. ابتدا وسواس خرید با پرسشنامه Faber and O'guinn اندازهگیری شد و زنان مبتلا به وسواس خرید غربال شده و تعداد 60 نفر که شرط ورود به مطالعه داشتند، در دو گروه به صورت گمارش تصادفی قرار گرفتند. سپس پرسشنامه های خودکنترلی هیجانی، انعطافپذیری عاطفی و ارزشمندی زندگی اجرا شد و پس از آن برنامه درمان پذیرش و تعهد طی هشت جلسه یک ساعته و هفتگی به مدت دو ماه، برای گروه آزمایش اعمال شد و گروه شاهد درمانی دریافت نکرد، بعد از آن پسآزمون اجرا شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-22 انجام شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن مشارکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش (9/6) 6/37 سال و گروه گواه، (5/7) 9/38 سال بود. در گروه آزمایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ارزشمندی زندگی از (2/11) 4/67 در پیش آزمون به (5/13) 2/75 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) و نمره انعطاف پذیری از (2/6) 7/35 در پیش آزمون به (8/7) 2/42 در پس آزمون (001/0>P) و نمره خودکنترلی از (4/3) 28 در پیش آزمون به (1/1) 3/39 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P). اما این تغییرات در گروه شاهد معنی دار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، موجب افزایش خودکنترلی هیجانی، انعطافپذیری عاطفی و ارزشمندی زندگی زنان مبتلا به وسواس خرید شد.
