مقایسه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و معنویت درمانی در کاهش ترس از عود بیماری در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: در میان انواع مختلف سرطان ها، سرطان پستان شایعترین سرطان در زنان است که مشکلات جسمی و روانشناختی متعددی را برای این بیماران ایجاد میکند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و معنویت درمانی بر کاهش ترس از عود بیماری در زنان مبتلابه سرطان پستان میباشد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت نیمه آزمايشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون و گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان مراجعهکننده به یک کلینیک درمان بیماران مبتلا به سرطان در بهمن ماه 1398 بودند. از میان آنها تعداد ۴۵ نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، معنویت درمانی و گروه گواه، هر کدام 15 نفر قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش اول تحت درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه ایِ هفتگی و گروه آزمایش دوم تحت معنویت درمانی در نه جلسه 90 دقیقه ای هفتگی شرکت کردند اما گروه گواه، مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، نسخه کوتاه شده 12 سؤالی پرسشنامه ترس از عود بیماری بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: در گروه درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ترس از عود بیماری از (2/9) 2/40 در
پیش آزمون به (3/9) 4/36 در پس آزمون کاهش یافت (001/0>P). در گروه معنویت درمانی میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ترس از عود بیماری از (5/12) 2/41 در پیش آزمون به (6/12) 1/39 در پس آزمون کاهش یافت (001/0>P). ولی در گروه گواه، میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره ترس از عود بیماری در پیش آزمون (8/9) 7/37 و در پس آزمون (2/10) 1/38 بود که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد و معنویت درمانی هر دو باعث کاهش ترس از عود بیماری در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان شدند، اما تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بیشتر از معنویت درمانی بود.
