مقایسه رفاه ذهنی ساکنان متن و حاشیه کلانشهر مشهد و عوامل مؤثر بر آن

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: طی سالهای اخیر شاخص رفاه ذهنی ملتها، در کنار شاخصهای مهم سلامت و بهداشت که برای سنجش عملکرد سیاستگذاران به صورت سنتی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد، به عنوان یک معیار ارزیابی جدید معرفی شده است. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه رفاه ذهنی ساکنان متن و حاشیه کلانشهر مشهد و تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر آن انجام شد.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی و جامعه آماری آن ساکنان متن و حاشیه کلانشهر مشهد هستند که از بین آنها 300 نفر با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای دو مرحلهای انتخاب شدهاند. جمع آوری داده ها با مصاحبههای ساختاریافته و با استفاده از پرسشنامه طراحی شده توسط محققان انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافراز STATA-14.2 و با بهرهبری از تکنیکهای اقتصادسنجی پرابیت ترتیبی و نیز ارائه نتایج بررسی توصیفی دادهها و مطالعه همبستگی بین آنها تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سطح رفاه ذهنی در حاشیه نشینان (9/۰) ۹/۲ به صورت معنادارکمتر از ساکنان مشهد (۰/۱) 3/۳ در مقیاس هفت تایی بود (۱/۰>P). میزان رضایت مالی نسبی افراد، از اثرگذارترین متغیرها بر سطح رفاه ذهنی بود و هر واحد کاهش آن، سبب افزایش شش درصدی در احتمال ناراضی بودن افراد در کل نمونه شد (01/۰>P). بهعلاوه، شاخص میزان باورهای مذهبی، دارای اثرگذاری معنادار دو درصدی (۱/۰>P) بر کاهش احتمال ناراضی بودن ساکنان شهر مشهد است، در حالی که این تأثیر در بین حاشیهنشینان معنادار نیست.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد که سطح رفاه ذهنی حاشیه نشینان مشهد کمتر از ساکنان این کلان شهر است. رضایت نسبی مالی افراد، جنسیت، برخورداری از تحصیلات دانشگاهی و سطح بالاتر عواطف مثبت در کل نمونه، میزان باورهای مذهبی فقط در نمونه شهرنشینان و جنسیت، تأهل و مالکیت خانه در بین حاشیه نشینان از عوامل مهم و اثرگذار بر رفاه ذهنی هستند.
