مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی و زوج درمانی هیجان مدار به صورت گروهی بر طرحواره های ناسازگار زوجین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: روابط زوجین همواره می تواند به دلایل مختلف دستخوش مشکلاتی قرار گیرد. در پژوهش های مختلف،
زمینه های متعددی را برای بروز این مشکلات برشمرده اند که کارکردهای شناختی و هیجانی اثرگذار بر چارچوب ارتباط زوجین، از مهم ترین آنها می باشند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی و زوج درمانی هیجانمدار به صورت گروهی بر طرحواره های ناسازگار زوجین شهر مشهد بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و مرحله پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره شهر مشهد در سال 1396 بودند که تعداد 24 زوج به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و گواه، هر گروه هشت زوج، جایگذاری شدند. ابزار به کار رفته در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه طرحواره های Young بود که در سه نوبت پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری اجرا شد. برای یکی از دو گروه آزمایش مداخله زوج درمانی هیجان محور و برای گروه دیگر طرحواره درمانی انجام شد و اعضای گروه گواه هیچ گونه مداخله ای دریافت ننمودند. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و نرم افزار SPSS-21 تجزیه و تجلیل شدند.
یافته ها: در گروه زوج درمانی هیجان محور، میانگین (انحراف معیار) طرحواره های ناسازگار از (9/16) 2/140 در پیش آزمون به (6/8) 6/101 در پس آزمون و (3/8) 8/99 در مرحله پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P). در گروه طرحواره درمانی نیز میانگین (انحراف معیار) طرحواره های ناسازگار از (1/17) 5/137 در پیش آزمون به (5/7) 0/95 در پس آزمون و (2/7) 9/94 در مرحله پیگیری کاهش یافت (001/0>P). میزان اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر کاهش طرحواره های ناسازگار بیشتر از زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بود (05/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد هر دو مداخله طرحواره درمانی و زوج درمانی هیجان مدار باعث کاهش طرحواره های ناسازگار زوج ها شدند، اما اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بیشتر از زوج درمانی هیجان محور بود.
